Rentals Report

Fully furnished with two recliners and sofa in large living room, fully equipped kitchen, queen bed with large closet and dresser in bedroom, and bathroom has step in shower, all linens and towels provided. A/C, heat, carport awning with large covered deck and picnic table. TV in living room, cable and internet available but not included.

The main street is bad, lots of potholes.
We get lots of complaints that there's a couple of mobiles, on the main road, that very trashy on the way to our park!

Very few people speak English. Mostly Quebec Canadians are here who can't (?) only speak French. They group together and don't include Americans. Management should inform new people wanting to rent from them of this issue.

This is a wonderful place to stay the staff are great! and very helpful. There is so much to do and see the world butterfly center is just a few miles down the road as well as Benson State Park and Quinta Mazatlan a birding Haven

The friendship was awesome . The people I met from the Montreal area are beyond the word nice . If I'm invited for next Sunday night pool night I'll be there , God willing . Thanks to everyone I met and wish you more happiness and great health . CIAO .

Yes it is warm, better than shoveling snow and cold. Sold out up north and moved here permanently. Management in this park are the best. Glenna is one of greatest people you ever want meet.

We stayed here for a week in January, 2013 and really enjoyed ourselves. The park is beautiful and well-maintained. Our site was large and level with excellent 50-amp power and clean concrete (the whole site, not just a pad).
Our favorite part was that everyone here was so active! These "Winter Texans" were here to have fun... and we joined right in!
We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone!
