Looking at the Google reviews give a more accurate review than the Booking.com website. Yes, our room was large, clean, updated and the staff was very friendly. But the motel itself leaves a lot to be desired. Lack of maintenance and cleaning of the motel itself and lack of internet (many reviews indicate it hasn't been working for a long time)will keep me from returning.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable and clean. We’ve had none stop problems. Our bathroom has flooded twice from a leak in the shower and toilet. Also everyday we have to go have our key cards reset because they will not open our doors. The card issue has also applied to 2 other rooms due to our large group.

The place is clean and the room was set up decent but it's definitely not as advertised online. When I booked it said room had a city and mountain view but the room was on the first floor, in the corner, behind the glass pool. No view. Of anything. Lol. Also said had wifi but then there was a note in the room that said wifi not guaranteed to work. It didn't. This wasn't a bad experience, mostly this stuff was not a big deal. They just need to be more upfront and forward about their rooms is all.

If you're looking for a clean comfortable place to stay, at a good price and don't need a lot of frills, this is a very good place to consider.
Yes, there were a couple of small issues: WiFi, as they tell you up front, is spotty or may not work. No big deal. The vent in the bathroom wasn't working, so there was a very faint mildew odor. Again, not a huge issue.
The beds were clean and comfortable, everything else had been cleaned well, and the staff brought fresh towels, linens and such any day you needed them.

I booked this room due to the high ratings for cleanliness. What a sham!!! The bathroom was disgusting!!! There was dirt, hair and dust everywhere. The bath tub was filthy. Left over soap residue, drain full of hair. The floor was so dirty we would not walk on it. We only stood on towels on the floor. Black curly hair covered the floor. They do not provide house keeping. You get a sheet with requests on what you need. They come in and drop it on the bed you have to make yourself. The sheets were clean but stained. Sheets are not changed during your stay. I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned every
