Just a great little place to lay your head at night while your visit the area. Fresh cookies and Krispy Kreme doughnuts each morning are nice touches. Super friendly staff combined with clean rooms make this the greatest value you will ever find in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or Sevierville. Our new 2nd home.

Booked ahead of time; grateful I did, as every hotel in Pigeon Forge was at capacity. I had really high hopes for this motel after reading the reviews, and the price couldn’t be beat. Check-in was great, wonderful and kind staff. Room left something to be desired. Upon entering, it immediately reeks of cigarettes. Turns out I accidentally booked a smoking room! Whoopsies. We didn’t bother requesting to be moved since it was my own fault and there was doubtfully any vacant rooms anyhow. Everything felt sticky, and there was an odd residue on the toilet seat. What a great mom and pop motel. Very clean. Super friendly. Snacks and hot drinks 24/7. They were so helpful and the whole team was so nice. We had originally rented a cabin from VRBO. Unfortunately it was GROSS. Called them up and they got us a room for the week and voila, no ruined vacation!!!! You won't be disappointed. Clean and very fair priced!!

Very friendly office staff, conveniently located to everything!! Housekeepers are great! We stay here every year we come down! I won’t stay any where else! 10/10 highly recommend. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything you had hoped for and more! Last year when my husband and I were down in October, we had reservations at Hatfield and McCoy and had read where they had to cancel some shows to some reason, when we arrived I just asked the lady in the office out curiosity to see if she knew if they were open, she picked up the phone and called them herself. Love it there! Really
