The women at the front desk was very friendly but the rooms are terrible, dirty, the lights didn't work, patched hole in walls, needs to be updated and they said no room service leave towels outside your room. We left there and got another room. I would never stay there nor recommend it! It only got 2 stars because the women at front desk was sweet. Also if you need hair dryer you have to ask they are not in the room.

This place is absolutely amazing! The location of the establishment is right in the middle of everything where you can chose to walk or drive. We were located right next to the Dixie Stampede and 5 minutes from Dollywood. The room was magical. The Jacuzzi was so relaxing after walking the strip. I did not hear anyone, but I will say you are right next to a Go-Kart track. This track does close early enough to where it did not bother us at all. I highly recommend!

No bedbugs. however, as soon as we walked in the room smelled bad and was extremely humid. mold on the bathroom walls, you can smell the mold and rot in the bathroom. dirty sheets with hair on them. spotted a few bugs crawling on the walls and counter. however, the owner is extremely nice. wouldn’t stay here again, but it’s a roof over your head, and it’s not scary or crime ridden. just not the cleanest.

Nice and clean room.My husband and I stayed three nights. The room we had had a queen bed and a refrigerator , microwave and a sofa. The sofa gave us a place to sit. Loved that. It’s in a good location close to a lot of places to eat and some stores. The people that runs it are all very nice. We give it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed a week with no problems. Beds are comfortable but a little small. Pretty clean. The pool area is nice. There is no cleaning services but I rather it that way anyways, I don’t like people coming into my room. If you need more towels you have to exchange them down stairs. The owners are super nice and made our stay very easy and enjoyable!
