I’ve rented from this company for the last year, and I could not wait to never deal with them again. We had a leaking kitchen sink, no cold water coming from it, not only that but it was leaking below the sink as well causing black mold to grow in the cabinet. They tried to fix it on multiple occasions over the months, making it worse than it was before because they had a personal maintenance man that had no clue what he was doing. Our toilet leaked flooding the bathroom at least once a month, but did not fix this issue as they “couldn’t identify the source” (they refused to hire a plumber

My husband and I have used Five Stars PM since 2016. Five Stars manages 6 of our properties, and it is FANTASTIC!!
I do not live in South Carolina, so I really depend on my property manager to be honest and professional. We have used Five Stars to renovate a property, find temporary housing for a tenant when a pipe burst that flooded the unit, assume management of my property that was being poorly managed by another company, etc.
In each instance, this company does it's very best! I never had to make a trip to South Carolina to handle anything! Michelle and Racheal (and the rest of their team

We originally booked 6 nights and we had such a amazing time we decided to stay another night we stayed in the river oaks drive the pool was awesome and most of the people there was so kind and fun to talk to. We were like 10-15 mins from the beach and a few mins from ranger outlets. It was by far the most easy and convenient check in we have ever had. We will be using this company again in the future
