As we turned up Slagle Creek Road in the Applegate Valley, there was no way to know that our lives were about to change dramatically. We stopped the car and got out. Surrounded by quiet beauty, we looked around and then at each other. Was this it? Was this the escape from LA that we had been looking for?
What started out as a desire to live with nature has turned into so much more. We built a log house and planted a few vines. By trial and error we continued to add more vines, sell our grapes and make some wine. Then, in 2004, we made an enormous leap and began construction on a production facility.

Services
At Wooldridge Creek, the wine club is our core. We limit our production so we remain focused on crafting superior varietals and exclusive blends. We prefer to hand sell our wines rather than to rely on retailers to do it for us, so bottles of Wooldridge Creek wines can only be purchased online, at our tasting room, or through our wine club.
Each month, our cheesemaker will select 3 of our house made seasonal cheeses for you to enjoy. Charges run on the last Monday of the month and orders are available for pickup the last Thursday of the month. We are able to ship to Oregon destinations that are next day UPS only. If you would like your cheeses to be shipped they will arrive on the last Thursday of the month.
Wooldridge Creek began as Ted and Mary's "hobby" vineyard in the 1970's. Over time we have evolved into a serious commercial vineyard which includes a winery & creamery. Throughout all of these changes, our primary focus has always been the health and quality of the vineyard. Because of our commitment to preserve and protect the soil, forest, and watershed, sustainability is at the heart of all we do.

This was our favorite winery of the three we visited today. Every single staff member was friendly and happy to help. We even spent some time chatting with the winemaker. The winery is in a beautiful setting with tables and umbrellas and gorgeous views. We enjoyed every wine we tasted - enough that we became club members. We also had the Chef’s board platter which was delicious. We ate every bite! The only hiccup is that we were incorrectly charged but they corrected it as soon as we brought it to their attention. Definitely recommend!

This winery is wonderful! Views of vineyards, tree covered mountains, and nice seating outside. I love that all their vineyards are labeled with what grapes are growing like Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay etc. The staff was super sweet and the wine was unique and delicious. I definitely recommend the 2017 Syrah and ZTS wine!

Perfect day! I can't believe I live so close and haven't made it out to this winery/creamery! The service was excellent. The girls were super nice and knowledgeable. We visited the friendly goats and chickens! The food was excellent! We purchased some to take home. I can't wait to go back with friends! I highly recommend!
