Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

I could not say enough good things about this place. The neighbors are friendly, the area is quiet and the staff are always going above and beyond for their residents. The maintenance crew are all exceptional! They are very quick to respond & their work is top of the line. Pedro has fixed a few things in my place and he has always been extremely professional, efficient, polite and leaves his work space clean every time.

Great apartment complex. Very friendly environment. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix things. Great location and it is very quiet! They are also very accommodating. I moved in during the initial COVID outbreak when there was no in person tours. In order to make sure I was able to see the different apartments they sent me personal videos of the ones available and made sure to answer all my questions.

I’ve been at Bell Timacuan for over a year now and they have been the best apartment complex I’ve lived at. From the office to the maintenance team they all work quickly and efficiently. In the office I usually speak with Tempestt who always greets you with a smile, listens, and then helps with any issue she can and communicates any updates if it’s a ongoing situation. Whenever I had a issue maintenance wise(not many) it was fixed and was never a issue again. So all and all I would definitely recommend anyone to live here over other places because of the respect they treat you with here.
