Here's the quick version:
-AC never cooled the apt in summer
-rats running in the parking lot
-mice in the apt.
-cockroaches all the time
-valet trash service hours never monitored - so trash out all the time means rodents and other animals get in trash and there is always trash in the stairwells.
-criminal activity happening in the buildings
Management did NOT care!!!!
Seriously, don't be fooled by pics! Run, don't walk away from this place!!

This is a horrible place to live. They are very irresponsible and nothing professional at all. They last weeks to give you maintenance service, the entrance to your apartment is going to be always dirty, full of leaves and sand. And all they do is impose fines for any reason. They are only friendly before moving then they only look for a way to get money from you and give you 0 services. And when you move in prepare yourself to do a deep cleaning because your going to get an apartment that is not clean at all, I remember that the toilet was black in the inside, and I had to get an acid to clean

They are always planning events for the residents and having food trucks over. It's so great! There is always something to do here. (The only apartments here with kayaking available to the residents!). If you have a dog, they are well accommodated here as well. (Pet salon and dog parks). Very exciting and fun to live here!

Absolutely horrible service! I had to pay rent before I got the keys to move in. Turns out - my unit was not move-in ready. Maintenance was in and out for the first 10-15 days while I moved in. While I decided, per the lease, the unit was not move in ready, and decided not to pay the original pro-rated rent, I was told by management, "you shouldn't have moved in then." I've had the unit rented for 2 months before this, and came from an expiring lease with a truck of movers with me. I don't see how "not moving in" was an option, when I signed a lease that said it was to be move in ready. Management

I have had the privilege of touring the property on two separate occasions looking to make the best choice. I toured with Kavaris and Sondra on two separate occasions and their customer service was excellent! Both very professional and passionate about the community. I also had the chance to chat with Jessica the assistant property manager on one of those occasions and she was also very pleasant. I look forward to recommending my friends and family to this property in the future.

Learn from my mistake - DO NOT LIVE HERE. They'll show you a nice unit for a tour that looks amazing and has all the fixings. But the other units aren't like that. Mediocre at best.
From day 1, I immediately regretted it. Arrived to move in with maintenance still working on my place. Could tell it was rushed. Tiles were cracked, cabinets were sticky, and dings all over the place. Had to take pictures and document it because it was that bad. Never got addressed while I lived there and filled it out on the move in sheet.
Moved in and that was only just the start. Had a roach problem the

I will like to say that the Customer Service that I received from Jessica literally might just be why I might consider Sun Lake as my future home. She was so genuine and really showed interest in helping me. I had so many different questions for her and not once did she seem flustered. I am honestly really excited to meet Jessica once I come down to the state. Jessica you rock, we need more genuine people like you.

I moving from sunlake aparment on last week on August, the maintenance guys all are awesome...but team office are incompetent are dont professional. I have payment plan for me final bill. All payment is on day but the office send my bill a collection (national credit system) i took the office many time but the account SUN LAKE APARMENT OFFICE DON'T REMOVED THE COLLECTION....I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENS ON THE OFFICE BUT THE MANAGER NEVER STAIRS ON THE OFFICE ALL CALL RESPONDED FOR LEASING AGENTS.
