Our care center offers a variety of clinical programs to meet your individual needs and is proud to be a Five Star rated, US News and World Report Best Nursing Home for three years in a row (2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21). We are a 60 bed facility that reflects a quaint Victorian bed-and-breakfast style home.
Through Touchpoints Rehab's comprehensive heart failure rehabilitation program, our patients receive personalized care from a multidisciplinary team, with attention to maximizing the effectiveness of medication therapy, enhancing knowledge of chronic disease and increasing exercise tolerance. Care is tailored to the unique needs of each of our patients as they move through the continuum of care.
Respite Care provides caregivers a temporary break, or time of relief, from their care giving duties. It is ideal for family caregivers in need of a break for vacation or other travel or for loved ones needing assistance in recovering from a health circumstance or life transition. Respite Care also serves to provide a break from the constant physical and emotional stress of caring for a person with 24/7 needs.

I was there for days after had hip replacement surgery..I was greeted warmly..brought to my room.it was nice.when there to get some therapy..never got ..I ended up basically doing my own therapy in my room..then the food was always cold and blend..had problem getting my meds ..had a problem breath .the food lady can told her I was having problem breathing. Said she would tell the nurse.buzzed the buzzer.no reply sat there 25mins.then opened my door and yelled down the hall page 25mins ago having problems breath..nurse finally showed said I need my inhaler..said ok .finally got it.which I should

Had to make the heart-wrenching decision to place Mom in a nursing home.
This place was recommended by a good friend who works for TouchPoints. To my great surprise, Mom has acclimated better than I could have hoped for. The nurses and aides are so good to Mom, and they all love her. I visit frequently, and Mom never has any complaints. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
Only reason for 4 stars is that the building could use some sprucing up. But from what I understand, they cannot get funds from the state to make that happen.
Knowing that Mom is comfortable there helps me sleep
