We are a family run 2-story motel located in Wells, Maine. The Seacoast Motel has 15 guest rooms featuring rooms with 2 queen size beds or 1 king size bed. The motel situated on Route 1 near the Wells/Ogunquit town lines. Conveniently located on the Ogunquit Trolley Route. We are also under 1 mile from Ogunquit Beach (North Beach) and 2.5 miles from downtown Ogunquit.

Accessed by exterior corridors, the modest, homey rooms all feature en suite bathrooms with tubs and showers, as well as coffeemakers, mini-fridges, microwaves, outdoor tables, BBQ grills, HEATED pool, and FREE high speed WiFi. All rooms are non-smoking.

Not fancy, just very comfortable and clean . Very "coastal" style small motel. Owners/Managers(?) we're very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Clean and comfortable! Slept very well - the beds and pillows seem newer. Harry and Mona were lovely and seem to do a great job running and caring for the hotel. We would happily come back here the next time we’re in town. Thanks for having us!

Very clean rooms. We stayed upstairs and the room was pretty outdated but adequate. Nothing fancy but obviously very meticulously cleaned. My parents were downstairs in a newly renovated room that was definitely more updated.
There was a mini fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Small TV. I would suggest bringing your own pillows as well because they are sort of pathetic.
Super friendly and pleasant front desk. The pool looked great but we never had time to try it out.
Great location, not far from town and everything else.

Harry was an amazing host and owner. Super friendly, and I loved that he remembered my name and details of things we spoke about. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. 100 out 100 would recommend this place to all my family and friends. I've been coming to Maine the last couple of years and always stayed at a different spot but now I believe I found the place where I'll be staying from now on. Truly a great experience.

Mona and Harry run a very nice, clean and well taken care of establishment. They take great pride in their motel and are real, friendly and genuine people. It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but if you're looking for a very nice and reasonably priced place to stay in the Ogunquit/Wells area...give these folks your business.

So clean and very close to the beach. Heated pool, but by far the staff was amazing!! They called everyone by their first name and was so kind. Best motel I ever stayed at

Absolutely fantastic in every way! Awesome personable owners/hosts. Amazing heated outdoor pool, grills, comfy suoer-clean rooms. We will definitely be back!

Room was clean and in great condition although it smelled a tad funky. Turned the air conditioner on and that helped. Couple who I spoke with at the check in desk were very nice. Would stay here again!

My girlfriend and I spent a couple of days in Maine while visiting my son and family. We needed a place close by and found the Seacoast Motels. This place is quaint small quiet clean colorful heated pool air conditioner room and the staff was impeccably thorough. I had trouble with the TV at 9:00 at night The owner came up and fixed it simple adjustment but the point being he was there when I needed him I highly recommend this place. My girlfriend wants me to add... Comfortable bed.
