We are a half mile walk to the beach (.7 miles to the parking lot as shown on Google Maps but.5 miles to the beach entrance). Wells is a cozy, southern Maine village, nestled between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport but close by to sandy beaches and beautiful rocky shoreline. Wells offers something for everyone.
All Rooms include Free Wireless Internet, Coffee Makers, AC, Phone, 32 Flat Screen TV, Microwave, Refrigerator and Alarm Clock Radio. We take great pride in the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. Choose from rooms with either one queen size or two double beds.
For your convenience, all rooms have free WiFi, a private full sized bath with a combination tub/shower, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, CCTV/DVD, refrigerator and daily maid service.

We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our motel should be made in the first instance to the motel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately. We are a non-smoking property. If found smoking inside property, penalty of $100 is applicable.

Excellent, friendly, customer service. The receptionist had a fantastic demeanor and was extremely welcoming. The room is cute and just the right size for a couple. Modern, clean, comfy bed with clean linen. I would 100% stay again whenever I’m in the area. This motel is definitely a driving force in me revisiting Wells again as I know I’ll come to stay at a friendly and comfortable establishment.

Manny is super friendly. I called to see about availability/early check in and said he didn’t have anything until later in the morning. He called me within 10 mins to say the guests had left early and the housekeeping team had already cleaned the room.
Check in is super easy. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The room i got is small and cute. Which was perfect for just me. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink. A little counter space extending out from the sink with two chairs for eating.
The bathroom is clean.

The room was better than I’ve expected! Super clean, AC works great, and bed was comfy. I stayed in the deluxe queen room and loved that my room had its own little private entrance. Plenty of free parking. There’s a heated outdoor pool which was a plus!!! Pool towels are provided at the pool they’re on the smaller size so grab 2. Location was just perfect center to everything close to many restaurants, shops, and the beach is only 2 mins drive away. Look forward to staying here again.

Our 1st time at Wells Moody Motel..
And it was EXCEPTIONAL! Manny, made it very easy to book a room, and he was very accommodating for Us, staying to wait for Us, because We got behind in our travel schedule, he wanted to make sure we were Comfortable and Happy with our room, which we were! Although we just needed a room for overnight, to be able to continue our travels the next morning...We definitely will book another "Stay" here!
