The Deluxe Motel Junior Suites are large and comfortable. These units are available for daily and extended stays (business travelers are always welcome). New England-style Quality Cottages (historically this type of guest accommodation has also been called a "Maine cabin"). Our cottages are homey, comfortable family accommodations for 2 to 6 guests.
In Season Weekly Rental Only Saturday to Saturday & Daily-Weekly Rentals in Shoulder Seasons. Our cottages are clean, homey, comfortable, and quiet. All have a well-equipped cooking area or full kitchen, individual heat and air conditioning, cable television with remote, clock radio, and a private bathroom (some with tub/shower and others with walk-in shower), linens and weekly maid service, and Free WiFi.

For your convenience the units have a compact kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two-burner cooktop (some units), table and chairs, individual heat and air conditioning, color/cable television with remote, clock radio, full bath and daily maid service, WiFi is also included in our rates.
Each of the suites on the second floor has either a Queen bed or Double bed, and features Ethan Allen furniture and its own private bathroom. The kitchen is brightly lit with skylights and offers a microwave, stove/oven and refrigerator. This suite has a private, small three-quarter bathroom (shower only).
Located on US Route One in beautiful Wells, Maine, between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit, we are just about mid-way between Drakes Island Beach and Wells Beach. You can walk to the library, a grocery store and Dunkin Donuts from our property, ride the seasonal trolley from our driveway, or hop in your car and enjoy the myriad of wonderful activities in Southern Maine!

10 hours of driving from home lands me here in Wells, ME. The Carriage House has always been a perfect place for me to crash-land my 1rst night in Maine. Will push on tomorrow. They even gave me the same room I have stayed in other visits. Slept like a rock. Room rates still reasonable by any standard. Gets the job done for sure. Your hosts, very gracious and welcoming
