Services
Our motel room and efficiencies are attractively decorated, quiet and reasonably priced. All rooms include two double beds, cable television, in-room coffee, refrigerator and climate control, hair dryers and irons. Efficiency rooms also include a modern kitchenette with stove, refrigerator and microwave, and are located on a quiet knoll with semi-private porches looking out to the Southern Maine Coast.
The Garrison Vacation Suites offer water views and overlooks the manicured lawns and colorful gardens. Both two room suites and new king suites are now available. All are attractively appointed with eye catching colors and comfortably spacious living areas. You'll enjoy a large living room with its own double sleeping area and full sleep sofa, along with a private bedroom with king or queen bed.
Standard cottages have 2 bedrooms. One with a full size bed and the second with bunk beds. Each standard cottage has a large deck with Southern and Eastern exposure and a great view of the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge and the Atlantic beyond the beach cottages. Grills are nearby. There is a picnic table on your deck or you may choose to use the picnic tables located on the lawn at the grill area.
The Garrison in Wells Maine is a 10 acre resort. Our property provides a unique combination of beauty, convenient location and a diverse offering of accommodations. Amenities throughout the property include free WiFi and local telephone calling. Our 44 foot swimming pool with spacious deck has lounge chairs and umbrellas as well as a great view of the Wildlife Refuge and the Atlantic Ocean beyond.

We stayed on the hotelish side. Rooms and pool were nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfy. Walking distance to some nice eateries and just a few minute car ride to the beaches.
My only complaint was Wifi coverage in the rooms was spotty and prone to connection drops.
We'd stay there again.
