Cam Properties, specifically Fatima Montiel, will say anything to get you in, and the service you receive will decline drastically after you sign your lease. Upon move in dealt with issues such as no hot water, no mail key for months, pet urine in carpet despite “professional cleaning”, and a problem with small bugs that progressed to giant roaches within the first few months of residency. Complaints about roach sighting in a $2800+ per month unit were met with complete disregard and disrespect, as if we had seen a house fly, directly from the person who promised there would be no bug issues
