Alltru Credit Union

This is the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. They do not work for the customers at all. I’ve been with them through their company change and nothing has gotten better! Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Expect a very hard time to get any assistance any normal bank would be happy to help with. I’ve had this account a very long time and nothing comes with my loyalty. Do not bank here!

Tajuana was absolutely fantastic. I called in for some help with a stressful situation and she walked me through the process and made it super easy. Called in stressed and was laughing by the time the call was over. How customer relations should be. Give that girl a raise!

Since change from 1st financial to alltrue customer service has suffered gravely. several experiences with alltrue from paying off car to ordering checks and all in between have been disorderly. telephone customer service is useless, polite and pleasant, but useless. now i cannot access online account. will be closing this account in the coming week. i have to give 1 star because dirtclod was not a choice. they do not respond to written correspondence

My employer I've been getting direct deposits with for 3 years. Deposited a bonus into my account. I was able to verify my account information with my payroll department. Alltrue credit union that has changed names several times, I have been with for 15 years. Has no indication of these funds. When I called for info the lady gave me attitude. She talked to me as though I am ignorant to how deposits work. Asked me to prove that my company has paid me via direct deposit before. Told me I need to reach out to them. After I explained that I already reached out to payroll and my employer verifying

This was my very first experience working with a Credit Union, and Alltru Credit Union has been awesome. They made it so easy to work with them and they are true to their word. I am so honored to be accepted as part of their "team/family". It has truly been a wonderful working experience and I look forward to a wonderful working experience. I pray everyone can find a credit union that is so wonderful to work with and stay true to their words.

If I could give alltru no stars I will. I really been trying to give this bank the benefit of the doubt but it's time for me to switch banks. This is the WORST bank I've ever banked it. The ATM is always out of money, and the online banking is literally ALWAYS getting maintenance! I never get to see my money come out as soon as I spend it. The bank should not be up and running. I'm switching banks today!!!!!

Been a customer since i left St Louis 8 yrs ago and wanted to keep at least one account open there and they have consistently offered the best service and make it easy for customers who live out of state ! Thank you for retaining the same values if not better than 1st Financial FCU im here to stay! Love the email and virtual teller options i feel like im still in St Louis although i reside 789 miles away! Thank you AllTru dont change

They charge $5 per monthly statement for transactions prior to the past two years. I have accounts at other banks and can go back 7 years online. I used the online chat to request statements dating back to 2016 and the employee was very rude and did not honor my request even after I agreed to the outrageous fee. Sent multiple requests through other channels and finally got my statements in pdf form. Very cumbersome as opposed to csv spreadsheets. I will be moving all accounts to Commerce!!

I worked a 14 hour shift and had to get a new debit card afterwards. The bank hadn't opened inside yet. But the manager told me he would take care of it in the drive thru. They had me in and out in no time. It's little thing like this that make this bank so much nicer than any I have had before. Thank you all!

Most of the staff are very rude. The "chat etiquette" is nonexistent. When I ask questions they are very short and seem very unhappy with their job. I could name drop but I don't want anyone to lose their job. Eat a Snicker before work, ladies. It's CUSTOMER SERVICE not a warehouse.

This credit union charges for everything. Beware. They hide behind disclosure fees and do not alert you when those fees kick in. I stron not recommend doing business with them.

Only accepts coin deposits through their coin counting machine which deducts a 4.8% charge for coin deposits. Closed my accounts there.

This bank will try to rip you off at every turn.. $29.50 for an over draft fee?! $29.50 just to tell some company that I don't have enough money?!? How do you sleep at night? This is outrages! I'll be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this bank! I told them a long time ago that if I don't have the funds available, do not run the transaction. Then all of the sudden I start getting more creative overdraft fees!.. DO NOT BANK HERE! Even when something is their fault, they'll make you feel like they're doing you a favor by fixing it.. Stopped to get cash from their ATM but it's so far from the curb I need a pole to reach the dang buttons. Had to hang out my window to get to it. Neck still hurts.

I financed a bike a few months ago with your company and 2 days later got into an accident. The bike was damaged and I did not have insurance. I called your company telling them what happened and asked them what I should do since I did not have insurance and I was unable to get insurance because the bike was wrecked. I told them I would like to pay the bike off and to not deal with any insurance company they may have as it was my fault and I wanted to take all responsibility. They told me that was fine and to ignore the insurance letters I received stating your company would force cover my bike
