Staff is always nice and ready to answer any questions I have about my account. The one thing I will say and I don’t know if they have any control over it, is the ATM is very difficult to use. Sometimes I have to try 5 times for it to take my cash and the text and background clash making it almost impossible to read the screen. I believe its green background with light purple text.

When my husband's credit union closed, our accounts were sent to this credit union. These people are amazing! The transition went smoothly and they have treated us like family. They always welcome us and have taken every precaution necessary during this last several months. There is never a long line. Most times, I'm in and out within minutes.

Lynnda Hutchins Is very rude I called trying to get a situation about my account solved her & someone else in the back ground was being rude. If you look this is NOT my 1st bad review I ALWAYS have bad experiences with this bank like it’s ridiculous they really need to take a customer service class & learn how to talk to people ! I’ve had it with this bank I said I was switching my last review but I mean it this time I’m going to State Employee Credit Union.

I would like to take a moment to say "Thank you" to AllianceCU for their customer service and professionalism, in particular, to an agent named Ruby (forgot her last name). I would also like to commend her for her assistance and help. She is an excellent customer service representative, helpful and knowledgeable.

Thank you Alliance Credit Union! It has always been such a pleasure banking at this branch. Everyone is incredibly helpful, professional and great to work with. Luis especially handled our most recent transaction efficiently and with a smile on his face throughout each step of the process. Thank you again to everyone who works so hard at this branch!

Public service announcement: DON'T GO HERE.
Was a member for 10 years. Tried depositing my check on a Monday and the ATM ate it. Went to inquire, and their response was mind-blowing. I had to wait until the following Wednesday when they would empty the machine and IF my check was there they would write me a new check and MAIL it to me. Huh? I closed the accounts, which they REOPENED the two days later without my permission. Went back to get my money and close the accounts a second time. The cherry on top, they charged me a $5 fee.
Add poor customer service to the list of awful aspects of this

Let me start off by saying Graciela is the best! Went into the bank to use their coin machine to finally cash out. Usually other places I've been they charge you a larger fee; but I found that the fee here wasn't as big. I wasn't sure how to use the coin machine because this one was different than other one's I've used, but Graciela was more than happy to assist me every step of the way. She was very friendly and easy to talk to, they need more people like her at the credit union. I'm not a member currently, but I'm considering becoming one thanks to Graciela

I just got robbed from this credit union. Called yesterday to find out if I would be charged for using the coinstar machine since I am a member of a shared branch. I was informed as long as I have my account number I will not get charged a fee since I'm a member of a shared credit union. Came in today used the machine went to deposit and surprise I was charged a fee. I explained to them what I was told yesterday from an employee even showed them the number and time I called. Went round and round that I would have never used the machine if I was going to be charged, and only used it due to

Been a customer since 1992. Lots of changes over the years with staffing & locations. I stick with them since they are better than the big banks. I have 730 credit score, no late's on any notes past 15 years, got declined a credit card. Disappointed but the big banks gave me one. Wow lost their human touch in personal file reviews & relies on computer data. Credit unions use to be more personal but those days are long gone.
But at the end still a customer.

The best service ever, thanks to Dianne from Alliance.
I got a very nice refinancing of my auto-loan at 3.24%
Being a foreigner with almost no credit history, it's pretty difficult for me to get anything from a bank (unless I open a saving account with a fat deposit).
Credit alliance helped me a lot.

I have been a member of Alliance since about 1990. I was attracted to them for the warm, let me help you service. While I use them for other services, like loans, etc, I would also role my excess coins into tubes, write my account number on them and take $300 or so down for deposit. They always smiled, counted them out and I was on my way. Sometimes it's the little things that matter. In fact I think there was a campaign "get away from the big banks" recently by some credit unions. I liked that because I knew that Alliance was with me as my hometown Credit Union.

The world's worst credit union.
I made a cash deposit in the ATM (to fund my daughter's birthday party mind you) and an error occurred. I take my receipt into the branch and explain the situation. They tell me that it will be taken care of later in the day. At this point I'm upset anyways because the celebrations are literally on hold due to a shoddy ATM machine, and it gets worse. They casually fax over the claim to the ATM network and then let me know it will probably be handled on Monday. It's my daughter's birthday on Friday, and the party is on Saturday. Did anyone
