Yoga is more than physical postures; it is the Philosophy of uniting mind, body, and spirit and using our breath as the bridge to achieve oneness. It helps us to live in the present moment. Yoga is for everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners. My classes/sessions are light-hearted, include the philosophy of yoga and provide variations to poses for all abilities.

I am a Registered 500 Hour Yoga Teacher with additional training in Meditation and Yin Yoga (75 Hours), including Pranayama and Mindfulness Meditation, and a White Light Reiki Master Practitioner. I began my Yoga journey in 2008 to relieve lower back pain but found yoga to be much more than just stretching.
