It began with traveling the globe at a young age. Interest in ancient civilizations peaked my interest even then. When I started learning about yoga and the Chakra system my inner world expanded exponentially. Join Dr. Tracey as she discusses the road to the earth chakras, some background and history to set up the rest of our journey.
After leaving the corporate world behind in 2000 to pursue a career in somatic therapies such as massage therapy and yoga teaching, Dr. Tracey has served the greater South Jersey area helping teach others holistic practices that have helped her heal her own life.

Amassing a wealth of knowledge in all things energy, Dr. Tracey now offers ministry services, energy healing and clearing and other personalized items to help you heal your body, mind and spirit, creating harmony, health and happiness.
Sometimes referred to as the "Lazy Man's Yoga, " Thai Yoga Bodywork is a thorough program of massage therapy that opens energy channels in the body, increases circulation and leaves one feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.

As a certified and licensed Massage Therapist since 2000, Tracey has chosen to focus her massage work in Thai Yoga Bodywork due to the incredible benefits that she has experienced, personally, from her seven trips to Thailand where she's received countless sessions with many different therapists, in addition to completing a training program here in the US.
After twenty years in the holistic field with a focus on yoga teaching and traditional massage therapy, I felt compelled to move into a deeper metaphysical and spiritual practice. In 2020 I complete a Doctoral of Spiritual Wellness with The New Seminary, the oldest Interfaith Seminary school, co-founded by Swami Satchidananda.

Tracey held space for me in a time when I needed spiritual guidance most. She guided me through reiki, shamanic, crystal, and yoga teachings that I have incorporated in my daily life and have helped me remain grounded, centered, and optimistic. Thank you so, so much Tracey!!!

Teacher Training Review from Yoga Alliance
In regards to the concept of "identifying issues in students and creating balance", I would assess that Tracey's 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training Modules properly manage this. Tracey's teaching style is a combination of long standing knowledge, experience, and practice, as well as the innate and intuitive gift of getting through to teachers on a level that resonates with how they receive and retain information. I would assert that assessing a student's needs came through, primarily, in her Module, "Creating Balance: Embracing Eastern Methods." Tracey

Everything about One Yoga Center, Sacred Journeys is magic because of one person.. Tracey!! Every time I experience a class or an adventure with you it’s pure magic. I recently had the honor of going to Peru guided by Tracey and with 9 women all with different personalities and needs Tracey remained the neutral buffer so every one could enjoy and experience the journey! So so grateful!

I just recently came back from The Sacred Journey retreat in Peru with Tracey, and I don’t think any words can do this experience justice or truly articulate how meaningful this trip was to me and all of the women who joined. Tracey was the ultimate spiritual guide but was also flexible and understanding of everyone’s differences and needs. She was always there at the right place and the right time with tidbits of wisdom and guidance that enhanced our experience of the country’s most sacred sites. The trip was extremely organized and well planned out, and the accommodations were lovely, safe

A beautiful experience held in a very welcoming space. I really enjoyed their integrative method, incorporating music, essential oils, and other forms of spiritual engagement with the practice.

I really enjoy taking their Gentle Yoga class on Sundays. The Yoga teachers at One Yoga are so nice. They really encourage you not to do anything that hurts. They say as you practice Yoga you'll get stronger but you can only what you can do. I love the studio. They offer Gentle Yoga and now Gentle Hatha. This summer I plan to go back to Yoga and take two or three Gentle classes a week. I'll be less busy because I will graduate from college in May!

I tried this Yoga Center out as its the only one close near me that does Prenatal Yoga. I thought the instructor was nice and the workers were super sweet, but they really need to put a door to close off the entrance area.

I was a little annoyed that I heard everything going on outside in the lobby because they have a curtain as a door. I mean when doing Yoga you should be able to focus on the class not on everything you hear out there.

I never went back I just couldnt concentrate, and trying to find that place is a pain, because it does not register on GPS. They need to put a sign on both sides

@Cellen- i've noticed they don't light incense when people say they're sick or they're coughing... when it's not lit, i really miss it. i never really knew incense before this but I think it gives the whole place a more calming feel. We aren't in NYC, we can do that in "the burbs" :)

I go here to escape. It's perfect. Take Tracey's class.

Apparently no one in the burbs write reviews on Yelp... This is the 3rd business Ive looked up with no reviews out here.

This yoga center is great so far! Instructors seem knowledgeable, clean, and decent prices, and packages.
My only complaints are there are often smelly candles and incense burning which make me sneeze and have allergies. This is surprising as all the yoga places in NYC never do this because so many people have sensitivities etc.
