Lived here for a little bit over a year and here's the breakdown on what was good and what wasn't so good for me.
Pros:
-Very affordable 2 bedroom apartment
-Very good location if you're an SELU student
-Staff is very friendly & maintenance guy is super chill
-Maintenance gets the job done (fixed our hot water heater and garbage disposal).
Cons:
-Washers/Dryers were often down.
-Dryers needed to be run twice to fully dry clothes.
-Neighbors are often noisy college kids that party well into the AM.
Overall, I'd say that I was pleased with my stay. Not perfect, but then again, nothing is

Only lived here 6 months. proximity to university is nice. owners are not nice. i only met the woman briefly however, the only word i can find to describe her is that she was a 'witch'. the pet deposit is $1000, which is quite unattainable for the majority of college students. some of the facilities have been updated, however most of them are run down, my unit had water damage (painted over), an unreliable thermostat, and permanent stains on the floor.
the lower level management isn't that great either, there is no night manager, and the cost to get back into your apartment if locked out is $25

This is not a horrible last minute type of complex to live in. But if you have any choice, avoid this place at all costs. The only good thing I can say about this place is the maintenance. They fix everything as quickly as possible. Downside is, some people get updated apartments while others (including myself) get an outdated apartment with appliances from the late 90s, all for the same monthly price. The cleanliness check is outrageously strict. They will fail you for so much as leaving one strand of hair on the bathroom floor. The pet deposit is $1000 per pet, no matter the pet. I asked if I

This place was okay. It's a cheap apartment, in a decent area, right near SLU. The apartment itself was not bad at all. The one thing that was super inconvenient and annoying was that the communal washers were always broken.. Literally half the washers did not work while I was there. This really shouldn't be occurring considering how many residents there are. The exterior is kept very clean, however.
Personally I agree with some others about management here. I found the manager to be very abrasive and rude at times, & overall just not welcoming.
So pros- cheap, clean, near SLU.

We've lived at College Town for about 3 years. In that time, we've only had a couple of problems with the apartment itself - our dishwasher broke, the paint has cracked in a few places, our A/C broke, minor things. I say they're minor because maintenance has always been fantastic. I'll put in a work request in the morning and they'll be working on it by noon. The maintenance is very friendly and knowledgeable; they'll get straight to fixing the issue, but they'll also talk and joke with you.
Management has been great. Kristy can seem a little rude sometimes, but she really just has a bad case

This was an okay place to live. I ended up at College Town Apartment since I only had a month to relocate for work and CTA offered a 6 month lease. It isn't the nicest of places but I didn't expect it to be since it was in a college town. I did end up staying longer than 6 months but only because I was planning on moving out of the city/state within the year. I would have left right after my first 6 months since I planned to stay in the area longer (I'm a single 28 year old and it just wasn't the right place for me, but can see it working out great for one's first place or while they are in college

Went apartment shopping and stopped by this place, the manager Kristy is EXTREMELY RUDE.She showed obvious discrimination when me and my boyfriend asked about pets(we were considering a cat or a small welsh corgi dog)she lied and said it was a 1000 pet deposit (that or they need to change thier rental info online)and immediately said no pitbulls or Rottweilers loud and with her arms crossed as if we had one on a leash at that very moment. Her ignorance and attitude was extremely comical and all we could do is laugh at how ignorant and small minded she came across. The prejudice was obvious here,we

Terrible and crappy apartments. The landlord is awful and the maintenance guys get an attitude with just about everyone because they're too lazy to do their job.
