The worst place to live. I'm looking for another place to live because is so noisy, trash is always pile up, pools are Disgusting, the mainance guys are always texting and talking instead of doing their jobs. This is the worst place Ever.. FYI theirs bugs everywhere all the time including 🐜 and roaches. 🤢

Resident for 3 years, between 2 different apartments. Amazing area to reside, so many trails and walkways directly from the apartments. Neighbors are all polite and respectful, and great ISD for kids.
Office is ready to work with you to resolve issues, and we usually had someone working maintenance calls within 24 hours. (Pic from Breckenridge walking distance, during winter)

I have lived here five years. This is a well established apartment complex in a nice area of Richardson that sits next to a creek, wooded areas, and has many walking trails nearby.
I recently moved from another apartment within the complex and the staff has been exceptional working with me on my new lease and even took care of a moving challenge for me along the way that was not their responsibility. I'm very grateful for their help.
Also, the apartment I moved into has many new upgrades... New carpet, hardwood floors, brushed nickel fixtures. The apartment management has worked quickly on any

We have been living here since almost 4 years now. We have absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment has nice location, is gated and very safe, and has lovely amenities. The staff is helpful and prompt. Before the pandemic during the normal times the society used to host complimentary breakfast every 3rd Saturday of the month. And how can one forgot the Summer pool party! Cheers to the wonderful stay!

I am having excellent experience living in Clear Water Creek apartments from past 3.5 years, with my family. The community area is clean and green. Apartments are spacious and also the maintenance staff is pretty quick and efficient for any issues reported in apartment. The location of the community is an add on as its just connecting to E Renner Road. Any queries or concerns are addressed effectively and in a timely manner. We love living here. I recommend this place to everyone.
