If you have a relative that needs to be in a nursing rehab home DO NOT choose this facility. I am not one to write bad reviews or about anything or any places. My brother is mentally ill and he is inThere to receive physical therapy. However, it has not improved anything I've been fighting for over a month and a half to get him back into his adult living assistant and the director of physical therapy claims my brother is not independent. And not ready to be discharge. It's all about over charging MEDICAID. The administrator of the facility is the WORST!!!!!human being you can come across. Rude

This place is terrible! If you have questions regarding your loved ones care FORGET IT! You will be ignored. Social workers completely ignore you, lie & never follow through on any conversation. The nursing staff doesn’t provide any information from top to bottom. You call the unit and either no one picks up or they are rude.
My sister is the resident and she can’t even get information about herself. I will report them to the DOH everyday until I get answers.

I can honestly say I've never worked for a company so involved and innovative with their care for the people. Sutton Park goes above and beyond with making sure their residents' needs are being met and that they are as safe as can be during such a trying time in our world. Every department is thorough and meticulous in keeping the building clean and secure.
They have ways of keeping the residents in contact with their loved ones that they can't physically be with at this time, which is crucial for their mental health. Sutton Park strives to make every day a little better than the last and they

Facility not bad on the eyes, looks nice and clean.Staff quite pleasant. Food isn't the greatest. The Elevator is ridiculously slow. Average wait time, regardless of floor selection is 20-30mins, wow. Walking through hallway, heard a person disparaging the place. As with all facilities do your homework.
