Gail sold and manages my property and I couldn't be happier with her services. She's extremely professional, also goes above and beyond what normal companies do. Property Managers take care of the property on behalf of the owner. The negative reviews are from bitter potential tenants that weren't chosen. I highly recommend her company.

I work with Gail all the time and I find her to be helpful and professional -- not only that but pleasant and personable as well. I've seen the reviews from others on Yelp and I feel like they've missed the mark. Yeah, if you're wanting to rent from Gail and you're flaky and unreliable, she's not going to seem like your best friend. Like everything else on Yelp, it seems like the seriously unhinged write all the reviews. As long as you are courteous and professional, you'll be great with Gail. I highly recommend her.

I had a very negative experience working with Gail Lee. She was very rude and unprofessional. It seemed that there was something else going on with her that was very suspicious. I'm not sure if she is involved in illegal activities or possibly mentally unstable or maybe both.
We had been looking at properties in the area for months when we found one of Gail's properties online. She had a property that seemed perfect and had everything we were looking for at a great price. I was contemplating placing a review because it would be a negative one. We were also looking for a rental this month May 2014, and had a bad experience. When I googled Gail, I saw she only had 1 review. I was recently on Yelp again and saw your review and it inspired me to speak up.
When I called Gail, she answered her phone promptly - that's about as good as her service gets.
When I told her I wanted to set up an appointment to view a property she had listed, she began to give me a cascade of obstacles. First I mentioned I was self-employed (1099) - independent
