A great place to stay! Ed and Sarah were very personable, as were the cleaning staff. For the price and location on the beach, this place can't be beat!!

First time staying here. Nice location. Rooms clean and nice, especially for the $.. did notice some stuctual issues, that may need addressing.. but will definitely be back!

Our stay was very nice. The room was very clean and provided exactly what you needed, a place to sleep. The walk to the beach was easy. The pool had a waterslide that my children enjoyed. Would recommend to others and I'd happily stay here again. The office staff was extremely kind and accommodating.

Fun place to be! Decent cleaning staff daily! Just need some new rugs and couches in efficiency rooms( damp musty odors ) Ed is the Best!

First time staying here..My Aunt highly recommended this wonderful gem!! Extremely reasonable, clean, friendly..heated pool!! The entire place is very well kept. 7 min drive to boardwalk..Every store you need close by. We will be making reservations for next year when we check out!!

This was our 1st time here, we spent 7 days here and it was lovely. Our room was spotless when we arrived, check in was very easy, staff is very friendly (even the 2 dogs that greet you when you arrive) very kid friendly kind of place, has a small game room and laundry if you need it. There is 1 parking spot per room (not assigned its 1st come 1st serve) plenty of street parking though. Out front is metered but a block over is free. The beach is literally steps from the hotel so you can just take what you need and go, its great 😁 everything in our room worked perfectly and we literally have

Where do I begin? Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the ocean! The views were beyond beautiful! Upon arrival, check in was quick and easy, and our room was spotless and came with EVERYTHING we needed for our stay! Maria is a great housekeeper and we were so grateful that they accommodated our family!
The pool and sundecks were clean and perfect!
The Television in our back bedroom did not work and we told the man in the office and he came right up in the room countless times with other tvs and remotes and wires and didn't stop until he fixed it! We loved it here and will most definitely be
