Services
With an individual lease, also called by the bedroom lease, you are responsible for your own monthly rent and the regular upkeep of your part of the apartment. Unlike conventional joint leases, you are not responsible for any delinquent amounts owed by your roommates. This means if a roommate moves out early or misses a payment, all other residents are not responsible for making up the difference.

Came to Latitude while I was in the area shopping around for a place to stay. I really enjoyed the building as well as the staff. I’ll go as far as to say that Scott K. was literally one of the most professional and kindest people to help me! It almost blindsided me how well spoken and nice he was! This was the only way I could think to do a review on him as I’m from out of town. I’d rate him 6 stars if I could!!

I am a parent of a student who lived at Latitude:
If you have been folded by nice pictures online and signed the lease without much research, you are not alone.
If you do some research you will see that this place is rated so low that even those good reviews that Latitude incentivizes residents to leave on Facebook cannot improve the rating.
We lived through so many issues throughout the year, but what prompted me to finally leave the review is $300 in bogus fees after move out and threats that the account will be put on collections.
The fees include $200 pet odor cleaning fee. My student has

A company that scams people out of their hard earned money!!! I was given a move-in date of Aug 14th. I was not told what I had to pay on the 14th nor was it written in my lease. I called and emailed the office asking what I need to bring on the 14th. I contacted Latitude on Aug 4th and was not contacted back until Aug 10th!! It took them six days to get in contact with me. That's a red flag right there! Once I finally got in contact with someone, I was told that they would not be prorating my rent on the 14th and that I was required to pay for the ENTIRE MONTH of August. So, I would be paying

I LOVED living at latitude! To be honest, it's hard to think of any cons. The staff is super nice and helpful and always willing to help with anything! When i moved in, they helped me have an early move in, and my apartment was clean and ive never had any issues with anything in my apartment. The 1 -2 times i had something happen in my apartment,… they fixed right away. The only bad is getting locked out, theres a lock out fee and you only get one key, so just have to be super careful when leaving to always have your key! I stayed at Latitude from 2018-2020.
Pros: I felt so comfortable and secure at all times. I liked that property management was on-site as this helped to quickly resolve any issues I was experiencing. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Package concierge was super convenient. The buildings and amenities were always clean. My apartment faced… the back of the building so I never heard any noise from outside. The area is generally more peaceful than the green street area.
Cons: You can easily hear your upstairs neighbour walk around. My upstairs neighbour would stomp all night long and

I was very satisfied with my room for the first year until I saw how they handle COVID-19 prevention. When I went to the gym to exercise, ten other residents not wearing masks are scattered around. I was running on the treadmill in the corner, and one of them came right next to me and ran on his, heavily and frequently breathing out. Obviously, residents who need to exercise should be able to use the gym freely, so making a risk-free environment--rather than asking residents to not use the gym--is a must. I don't want to say curse words but this place where I have been Lived for three years is a piece of garbage. No matter how many owners this property get changed cannot affect its truth of being the worst apartment in C U area. Please do not even consider living here because you will lose your mind. Staff here seems to be helpful and kind. But the truth is they know nothing and the responsibility is all on their managers. They answer your call nicely but never solve the problem. My roommate and I re-letted from latitude for 2 months and the entire process was completely unacceptable. We were initially given the wrong information about reletting, as we were told that we would only have to pay latitude a certain amount per month and the previous tenants would pay the difference.
Then, a month later after some frantic phone calls from the people at the front desk who gave us the wrong information, we were handed an extremely confusing lease that had the wrong names on many of the pages and wrong dates on the portal. We were told to just sign it and that it would be amended

DONT CHOOSE LATITUDE
I wish I can do 0 star
My car is parked in the garage, I left my backpack and laptop in the car, not long ago they were gone, stolen. An audi's window was smashed in the garage as well. I had my friend's Ducati in the garage for 2 or 3 days. Somebody bent the brake reservoir so now it would get stuck, which may kill the rider, and that is my friend or me. Latitude doesn't seems to care.

The pools filtration system has been broken since it opened 3 weeks ago and is unable- the managers have done nothing to fix it and come up with different excuses each time I have asked about it.
ALL of the treadmills in the gym have been broken for months- this should only cost a few hundred to fix but the management is lazy and cheap. Other gym equipment is broken and nothing has been done about it.
People let their animals go to the bathroom is the halls and now the entire building smells gross.
The community spaces are not kept clean and when things break, they are ignored.

The Latitude managers are hypocrites! I tried to have a dispute resolved by contacting them, and was treated horribly. I put this in a review online, and they continue crying to Yelp that I have the wrong company. No, I don't! And then Yelp emails me to inform they remove my review and how it doesn't meet their standards. Yes, it does! It was my personal experience with this company, Latitude, and how they provided poor customer service! Why can't I put that in a review?

Moving in was a little rough with this being a new build. There was a lot of set-backs. However, the management team was very willing to work with me every time I had a concern. I'm very happy with the overall look of the place, the cleanliness is superb and the amenities are great! If I could fix one thing it would be to have a better gym equipment - it's very small and limited compared to other apartments on campus. I love the coffee shop that in the building - It's super convenient. I already re-signed my lease because I'm that in love with the place!
