The studio features wood floors, soft wall colors, dimmable wall sconces, and quiet heating and air conditioning. The two-classroom studio opens up to form one large space to accommodate popular classes and workshops. The reception area is welcoming with yoga art work on the walls and convenient places for shoes and coats.

Services
You may register by mail with a check, online with a credit card or in person with cash of a check. If you choose to pay by credit card, and do not see the amount you wish to purchase, please call the studio to place your order. Sessions are ongoing. If you are new to the studio and would like to join a class after a session begins, please call 518.429.1455 to speak with the director to discuss a pro-rated fee.
Soluna reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and will issue a full refund to those who register early. If you need to withdrawal from a class before the class begins, there will be a $15 processing fee. If there is a cancellation due to inclement weather, you may attend any other class that is offered during the session.
Barre Basics is a fun and uplifting fitness class designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone. The class is a mix of ballet, yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Low impact, high repetition. Ideally students should have a mat, wall/ back of chair or countertop and a set of 3+ pound weights (or cans of soup, water bottles or whatever you have, if weights aren't available).
A private yoga lesson can be for those who are brand new to yoga. The new student will benefit from one-on-one private sessions as the instructor can focus on the need of the individual student. Although many beginning yoga students are active and participate in other activities, a private class helps the new student learn about breathing, warm up stretches and postures.

Today’s Yin Workshop was just the ticket for a good start in 2019! The studio is lovely and restful, our instructor, Lisa, went out of her way to make me, a newbie, comfortable. The class made a lasting change in my posture and range of motion due to the prolonged stretching, which releases the body’s fascia. This was a very rewarding experience! Thank you!
