Absolutely do not live here even if it’s the last place in Murfreesboro. The most basic apartment but you’re paying the same price as apartments that are more upgraded in town. The only positive experience we had were decent neighbors.
Upon moving out we received a large bill stating our pet peed everywhere (he did not) and now we have to come up with a crazy amount of money before it moves into collections. A crazy scam. Manager was not understanding nor did she try to explain the charges other than “your pet peed everywhere”. Again, HE DID NOT. We had the carpet professionally cleaned

I have live here 8 months with absolutely no complaints! My apartment was clean and very spacious with a fair leasing price and anything I have ever needed from management was taken care of immediately! Kayla was my office representative when I moved in and has helped my family and I throughout our move in process until now and I couldn't be more pleased with Westbury farms and gross residential! The maintenance staff is also great and kudos to Gary who goes above and beyond to make sure whatever you need him to fix is done completely and in a timely manner! It's quiet,safe and well kept

Warning!! Beware... We lived in unit U107 from May 2020-May 2021 while we were building our home. First of all, we moved in and HVAC filter looked as if it had not been replaced in years. The second weekend we were there, the smaller bedroom and living room flooded. The water invaded the hallway, smaller bedroom, dining area and living room. We called the "emergency" maintenance, who was of absolute no help. The unit continued to have water pour into the living room and bedroom the rest of the weekend. As many other reviews I've read have stated, the women that work in the leasing office are incredibly rude, particularly Kayla, right off the bat. They were snappy when asked simple questions, gave me attitude when I asked them to repeat things, and seemed to just hate their job. When I arrived for my tour, they told me it was "self-guided" which no one told me about prior to going. I also wasn't shown any community amenities at all despite asking to be shown them because the woman in the office was waiting on a call....it would take 2 minutes to show the pool and gym area so

I have tried since October 2020 to deal with this place. I realize I moved in during Covid but from the first it started with the dirt (food on kitchen floor, grime on top of cabinets as well as doors, etc). Lime scale on shower walls (took 2 weeks to get it off). Filthy toilet. Fridge needed new thermostat 2 weeks in. Kept asking them to check water heater due to lack of hot water. They were forced to after 7 months when I had to take a cold shower. After I pestered them they cleaned pipes of dishwasher and replaced disposal after junk flew out when used. Asked for new kitchen faucet that is corroded

Have been living here since late July 2020, I so far have no major complaints. It's quiet and I always feel safe here at any time. Although I'm not too fond of how the bottom apartments on MOST of the buildings don't have a rail to separate your patio from the grass/parking lot. But overall management is nice, understanding, and willing to answer all your questions in a timely manner. I would recommend these apartments for a first time renter or family. Very nice and quiet area to live.

I lived here for a year a couple years ago and I now live here again and am halfway through my second year this go around. It’s the best price in town for a the square footage hands down! It’s a quiet community and the office staff and maintenance have always been so friendly and helpful. The only MINOR complaints I have is that like a lot of people have said, the walls are pretty thin, I can hear my neighbor close their kitchen cabinets and flush their toilet. I do wish that they gave more than a 24 hr notice for regular maintenance. I also think they should be a little more clear about the

I have lived here for the past 8 years or so cause it's what I've been able to afford. Apts are decent, grounds are decent, but the past 2 years I have not enjoyed it cause if the excessive noise that comes from the maintenance worker who likes to drive his 4 wheeler up and down the parking lot all hours of the day and night. I have made complaints as well as other occupants, but the office mgr apparently still doesnt care what he does. So ya if you live here you may get a little annoyed by this

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! We are paying $130 MONTHLY for WATER and have been for months. Absolutely no leaks or reason it should be so high. It’s 2 adults. We have been ignored via email and phone call but they are sure to remind you your payment is due by a letter in the door. Regional manager is BLANTANTLY rude, as well as office staff. There are way too many places in Murfreesboro to live to have to live here. Save yourself the unnecessary stress.

I really like the layout, and the overall look of these apartments. I was going to move here right before the Corona Virus broke out. When everything shut down including my job, I was no longer in the position to move. I am happy that they worked with me and was able to come to an agreement on my apartment. I cannot vouch for how the living conditions are but I can say that management was great. Thank Westbury for your understanding.

At first glance everything was nice. They told me I could not sign the lease because my credit score was " too low." However, talking to former female residents they said the same.
It wasn't big deal until I wasn't allowed to use the pool unless my husband was physically with me. They actually have a person to check the roster of residents. I was told by the front office it would never be an issue.
I lived on the first floor and could every flush, move and phone vibrate from my neighbors.
I was falsely accused of having a dog. They wouldn't accept my rent check even

Came to TN because of Hurricane Irma in FL. Worried we would not find a nice place in a nice neighborhood! Well, Westbury Farms fulfilled our expectations and then some!!!!! Great staff, very nice apartments, turnkey ready (which is a plus), spacious and accommodating in every way!
Especially love that it's "off the beaten path" and yet very close to everything. Love that I can walk to Publix, the bank, Walgreen's...

Leasing consultant Jessica is amazing. We toured with her the other day and she was the best. I have toured so many apartments trying to find the right one and Jessica instantly made me feel at home here! She also did not hover over us while we looked around which was a huge plus! We will be back to sign the lease!

clean and large. ALL rooms expect the kitchen are larger than most. It would also be great if all had the larger tub in the hall bathroom.
Seems the floors are paper thin and definitely need some type of soundproofing. I hear feet, talking, bath and washer water, dryer, shower etc etc. Walls are about the same. Porches are good size to enjoy the scenery, it's generally pretty quiet here. Depending on your apartment you get 1-2 storage closets on your porch. With garages being available sometimes there is additional traffic and noise sometimes.

My boyfriend and I have lived in these apartments for three months now and we have zero complaints whatsoever. The apartment is very up to date and spacious. We live on the third floor and our surrounding neighbors in our hallway are very nice and all of the staff has always been courteous and friendly. The grounds are always being tended to by landscapers and it's always clean. It's also very quiet, which was a huge thing to us because our last apartment complex was so loud. This place was amazing. I lived in the third floor and never had a problem. Neighbors are nice and quiet, always felt safe and at home. Of course you hear occasional neighbor noises through the walls.. but that comes with apartment living. Office staff was.very helpful and accommodating when I begin my process of moving in and they were just as great when I had to break my lease early and move out due to a job change. I love living here! I have a one bedroom here on the top floor so I have vaulted ceilings, a large bedroom, and an enormous walk in closet. The staff is so friendly and maintenance is always timely. They have some strict qualifications that their applicants must meet. They are reasonably priced and right next to the new Publix that will be opening up soon. Convenient to shopping and the interstate but far enough away to feel relaxing. I have been living here since April and I don't want to leave until I'm ready to buy a house.
