Thank you for visiting. I appreciate your courage in seeking counseling, and I look forward to exploring your experience together. My clients come to me because they want to "find themselves" amidst the "noise;" to cultivate passion and purpose; and to connect to and better understand the universe around them.

I offer a powerful, integrated, "psycho-spiritual" perspective combining therapeutic support with spiritual practices and principles. My statement "Return to Your Soul" is an invitation to discover who you are, to find your power and to live the life you were meant to lead. I am a Seattle therapist located in Shoreline, and I offer free 20-minute consultations upon request.
Services
I received my MA in Psychology from Seattle University; while there, I was involved in two research projects investigating dreams and intimacy, subjects which continue to hold my interest. I also studied focusing, a technique that helps clients gain knowledge and healing through exploring a "felt sense, " which I now understand to be the language of the soul.
My greatest hope in working with you is to help you connect- to yourself, to your intuition, to the Divine. Therefore, I primarily operate as a Spiritual Director, pointing you towards your inner knowing; the forces beyond us that can guide, comfort, protect and inspire; and the world of relationships and synchronicities.
As a spiritually-oriented psychotherapist, I offer a unique and powerful approach. While traditional psychotherapy helps you discover yourself and your story (your personality, the history and influence of your family, your persistent thought and belief patterns and the origins of/solutions to your struggles), psycho-spiritual counseling takes it one step further.
Are you interested in exploring spirituality and humanity from the Divine Feminine perspective? Are you seeking a path toward greater embodiment and empowerment? Are you drawn to connecting with others and sharing yourself within a strong, supportive container?

In this fulfilling, dynamic group, we come together to practice meditation; discuss readings from various sources; explore a way to approach ourselves and our lives through the honoring of the Divine Feminine; and process our thoughts, concerns, dreams and insights within community.
