I spent over $3,000 going to see her in my early 20's, and she did not help me at all. The only questions I would get from her were: "How is that serving you?" and "What do you do to take care of yourself?" Completely vague and useless.

I've now realized that talking to a paid fake friend for many sessions over the course of a year or more isn't going to get to the root of the problem. You have to identify the things that are making you sad whether it's a person, a dirty apartment, poor health, lack of hobbies, etc. and develop/execute a plan on going
