All the office staff and the Landlord are extremely RUDE, only exception is the maintenance guy. I think they should take a course on "How to Talk to Tenants". Stayed here for almost 2 years. Approach with any issue, the staff were never polite. Ofcourse there is Mold in the bathroom. They worked on it, after few months its back. On top of it, their charges are ridiculous. While move-out they charge for even the pre-existing defects in the unit.

Do not live here. It takes forever to get things fixed. Took over a year to get the front door fixed because it wasn't hung correctly; even when it rained inside. We moved out. We got the final bill and had 30 days to pay. I sent a check the next day. They cashed it and it cleared my back 7 days later. Then next day, they gave it to a collection agent that day it cleared my bank. Do not waste your money living here. They have terrible business practices and you will be sorry.

I've been at Countryside for almost 2 years with no issues at all. Office staff has always been respectful and courteous and the maintenance crew is always nice and completes requests in a timely manner. It's a one bedroom, so of course it's small, but I knew that when I moved in. I downsized from a larger apt in a gated complex, but have been MUCH happier since I moved her. My old place was overrun with bugs and the office staff was rude. It's not always true that you get what you pay for!! I'm much happier with my smaller, less expensive home. THANK YOU Countryside!! The office staff is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Despite always being busy, Allison ALWAYS takes time to assist you and never makes you feel like you're a bother! Johnny the maintenance guy, is always listening to me and my fiance's concerns when one occurs, and fixing the issue in a timely manner, never have to wait forever for maintenance. The apartments are in a convenient location, close to gas stations, grocery stores, and near the colleges!

Moving into Countryside was a very simple process! I applied, got approved, and moved in very quickly. The Assistant Property Manager Allison answered all my questions regarding the apartment and paperwork I signed in a very professional manner. She really knows her stuff! I would definitely recommend Countryside to all my friends and family! Thanks again Allison for everything!

It was a genuine pleasure to have lived here. Moved here to save money while going to school. It’s overall really quiet. Close to all major stores/ Schools in the area. The property assistant manager **Allison Cooke ** is super nice. She’s super down to earth and approachable. Goes out of her way to for the tenants that live here. Loved the online options to pay rent and to put work orders in. The Maintenance guys were also punctual and professional. The prices are super inexpensive! Love the washer and dryer hook ups inside of the units.

I honestly would give this place one star but it was enough space for just one person at the time. Here is the real deal these apartments are OVERPRICED let’s start there. 818 a month for what? No renovations to my apartment nothing. I never got my carpet cleaned from them when I signed my lease and they didn’t even offer it like they did my neighbor. Go somewhere else for the same price and more space. Nothing is updated. I stayed here for 2 years.
