I have used this location multiple times for COVID tests and it has always been the best experience, not that having to take a COVID test is pleasant, but the team that works here is friendly, efficient and professional. The process is organized and streamlined and I have always been able to get an appointment and receive my results very quickly. Everyone that I have interacted with has always been so nice and friendly! I have used some other companies for testing and it has always been a hassle and more than once there have been problems with cancelled appointments, but not with Physicians Now

I Got tested at this sight a few days ago which went fine but never got my results emailed to me. Never got an email to set up portal. When I tried setting it up my self, it said I was not a part of the system. Now I have called them at least 6 times with no response. Have left messages with no response. Costumer service is a joke, I didn’t know I had Covid for several days until I got tested somewhere else.

I have been using Physicians Now every week since the end of September for Rapid Testing. Results always sent in decent time. I went for PCR test on 12/31 around 10:30am and as of today, 1/5 still have not received my results. As others have said, there is no way to get a hold of anyone in the office. Will have to start going else where now. Will definitely make sure my insurance company is aware that no results were provided.

The front desk lady was terrible. It seems she wanted to go home at 5 pm on Saturday than do her job...check the patient in. We got there at 4:45 pm. Her lack of customer service, general knowledge of billing procedures, plus rudiness while attempting to be professional was not becoming...but given the establishment suited her. We choose to go there to avoid emergency room during COVID...well we are at Shady Grove Hopsital which in 2 minutes up the street.
To establishment....please don't comment under my post...ADDRESS THE INTERNAL ISSUES AND

This the first and last time that I will use these people. Impossible to get my test results after being exposed to Covid. My home test was negative, but I needed a trusted medical test as well. I had the test on Monday, both an antibody and a PRC test. I received a notice to log in to a site, which was impossible. I'm done. Going elsewhere.

This place had friendly staff and decent setup but the final results are horrible. Went here at 48 hours ago for a rapid test. Here we are 48 hours later and I still haven’t gotten results for the rapid test. I can only imagine how long the pcr test results will take. Been to Same day health and get pcr results back in 36 hours. Will recommend same day health but not this place.

DONT GO HERE FOR COVID TEST!
Went in the morning and they said I would have test results by end of day. the next day and still no results and There is no way to contact the practice. They aren’t taking any calls, no email address available, messaging disabled in the patient portal- ridiculous! No customer service!
Now it’s day 5 and still no rapid or PCR test results! What a scam!

Don't go there for Covid tests. They lost my wife's PCR test causing us to be in limbo and anxious around christmas. And add insult to injury, I took a rapid test, its been almost 24 hours and no results yet where other places give results within 1 to 2 hours. And no way to contact a human on the phone. Used to be a lot better.

First few times I have been here I had a good experience with getting my results and tested. This past time not so much. I got tested super easily but have yet to get any results and it has been 3 days. I was told 3 hours for my rapid test results. Nothing has been posted in my patient portal and they make it almost impossible to contact them. Left a message and still waiting for a reply…

I have covid symptoms and received rapid antigen and PCR tests from Physicians Now at noon on Fri Dec 25. I got a call later in the day asking for personal information that I had already provided to a worker on the testing line. Apparently the info was lost. It's now Sunday morning and I still haven't gotten the results of the rapid test.
