She has been practicing medicine for over 20 years and offers professional, compassionate, high quality care for families living in Montgomery County and the surrounding areas. Please contact us by phone during our office hours - Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:00PM.
We will be closed for lunch between 12:00pm - 1:00pm. Patients are seen by appointment only. All new patients are requested to bring their valid government issued photo ID and health insurance card on the first office visit.

I won't go back. I expect a doctor to ask basic questions and listen. My LDL came back borderline high. Dr.Win did not ask me about what I ate. She proceeded to talk down to me and give me generic dietary advice. She told me not to eat salad dressings. I told her that I didn't eat them. She then said to eat olive oil with lemon juice. Okay that's good advice for people who actually eat lots of bottled dressing but it doesn't apply to me. I'm also breastfeeding right now. I contacted my lactation consultant who is also a medical doctor and I was advised that cholesterol levels are slightly elevated

KUDOS to Dr.Win and her staff they were so nice and very informative. Dr.Win is very kind and listen to all of my concerns and I'm finally getting the help I need. The ladies in the front desk Sylvia , Lydia and Zoon greeted me with a smile and explained in detail about my insurance and where to get my labs drawn. It's so nice for people to take time out to explain this for people like us that say " How do I do that ?" or Where do I go for that ? . May God keep blessing you ladies in all you do. I have been going to Dr.Win for years now and she is amazing. She is kind,compassionate, professional, and I can tell she genuinely cares when I talk to her about any issues I am having. She is a great doctor and I recommend her to anyone that needs a primary care doctor. She does make you a priority and can take care of any health issues. She is great!

I absolutely adore this practice and Dr. Win! She listens and is so thorough with everything, and I feel the safest I've ever felt with a physician because she definitely doesn't shrug anything off, like most physicians have. She's wonderful, to the point but will spend time with you, and her staff is so easy to deal with. The entire practice is so efficient, I can call them for something and Dr. Win has it addressed within the hour! They're a gem!

HORRIBLE STAFF DO NOT GO HERE I called in to get my referral corrected and having my specialist appointment the next day and they said I quote " The phones are off the hook and I don't think I'll be able to do it today" I work in customer service and even if I didn't I would this was absolutely wrong to even say to someone calling you to correct something you did. When I walked in for the first time my appointment was at 8am and I knew I had to do paperwork so I get there a little early it was 7:57 and I called to let them know I was there they did not pick up the phone

I went to see Dr. Win for the first time a while ago and even though the physical exam only lasted about 10 minutes and scheduled a follow up exam that lasted less than 5 minutes, I still charged a co-pay which I was not informed about beforehand. Unacceptable. And honestly, I wouldn't even mind the co-pay if Dr. Win had been an outstanding doctor but I felt like she was rushing me the whole time. She didn't ask me any questions or give me any time to bring up my concerns. I would not recommend this doctor's office.

I switched primary care doctors from a horrible doctor associated with the old Adventist Hospital to Dr. Win. The timing of my switching to Dr. Win was serendipitous. I had been experiencing abdominal pain before my first appointment with Dr. Win and went to urgent care. I was told there that it was an issue with my gall bladder but they didn't have the facilities to confirm their suspicion. I went to Dr. Win that following Monday for my first check up and gave her the test results from urgent care and she told me to go to the emergency room because something was not right with me. Dr. Allison Win was highly recommended as a primary care doctor. I have been to her facility a couple of times now and my experience in this office is worth taking the time to write this review.
Very attentive and efficient staff. I recently went for a follow up and it seemed like they already knew who I was. I did not have to explain much since they remembered me from 2 months ago and was told they will sign in for me. They are on point with their patient wait time because one of them came to me and acknowledged the fact that 5 mins had passed since the time of my appointment. That was right

I normally don't review, but I feel like I have to review this time . This office is horrible so as the doctor, very bad. Unprofessional, dr will not let you speak your words, it is like she only likes pt to listen to what she thinks. She can't treat at all. I want to give this comment so whoever will read this please be aware! Go to other better dr but not this one.

Dr.Allison Win is the best I had been seen a Neurologist and another Primary Care Doctor for a whole year having different symptoms and nothing they could figure out just see me and kick me out the door switched my primary care Doctor to Dr.Allison Win and she ran blood work and she found out I had Lyme disease I'm so grateful to have her as my primary care doctor she puts all her effort for her patients may god bless her

I've been a patient of Dr. Win for about 1 1/2 yrs. From my 1st visit to present, Dr. Win is a constant professional. She is thoughtful, considerate and actually listens to patient's concerns. She is a caring and highly knowledgeable doctor who takes an active interest in her patients. It was Dr. Win who noticed a problem with my heart during my first physical with her and sent me to a cardiologist. She also notice a problem in my blood work that suggested a high probability of rheumatoid arthritis and later confirmed. Dr. Win is an extraordinary doctor. She actually care about

Went there for a annual physical body check, asked them do I need to pay anything before I left. So the receptionist asked to come in for a follow up which is not necessarily and billed me for it as my insurance doesn't cover follow up after physical without me agreeing to it and without informing me. They could have sent me the result instead asking me to take a day off and on top of that a bill for $90. Are you serious?

I had 3 Primary Care Drs before I found Dr Win.Dr Win is the BEST one ever for me.I am glad that she is my Primary Care Physician now.She took time to listen my complaints . It was very easy to make an appointment. The receptionist is also very nice and kind to the patients .My experience with Dr Win and this clinic is above my expectation.I have been recommending my friends to choose Dr Win since 2015.
