Welcome to Marshak Medical Group and thank you for visiting our practice! We are a two provider practice located in Rockville, MD, led by Dr. Marshak and Dr. Reale. Authorization for Release of Medical Information (PDF) - Allows patients to authorize the disclosure of their health information to a designated individual, company, agency, or facility. Authorization and Consent for Treatment (PDF) - All patients must provide their consent for treatment, communications (calls, emails, and text messaging), and agreement of financial responsibility.
Note: You should always check with your Privia Medical Group provider to verify plan and product coverage as this is not an exhaustive list, and plans change frequently. We encourage patients to keep a credit card on file to make the checkout process easier, faster, and more efficient.

With access to your health history and an understanding of your individual needs, your doctor can give you advice over the phone to guide your next steps. A visit to an urgent care facility or, if it is a life-threatening emergency, a visit to the emergency department. Urgent care facilities are a more convenient and cost-effective alternative to the emergency department.

I have been going to this office for years and the Doctors are extremely nice and helpful. However, the from desk staff has literally always been rude especially on the phone. I enjoy going here with my son but anytime I need to call they are always sarcastic or rude. I don't think there is a time I have called and they are not rude. They sound like they hate their jobs at the front desk. I have been hung up on the phone twice. "Angie" is the name of one of the rude employees

Dr. Marshak is great but the experience with the staff has been horrible. The lady picking up the calls is not friendly. To make things worse, today she left me various minutes on hold and at the end of the call she terminated the call while I still trying to speak. I am very disappointed and upset.

Dr. Marshak and Dr. Reale are awesome. I've been a patient for years and they really each know their stuff. I have found them both to be good listeners and as a Mom of two boys (who each see Dr. Marshak and Dr. Reale), I know that soliciting information is not always easy. I love the new office and am happy to schedule well and sick visits!

Dr. Marshak is by far the best doctor I ever had. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but has a wonderful bedside manner. He even laughed at my bad jokes. He patiently listens to your problem and quickly diagnosis it. He is genuinely concerned with your overall health. He had been my doctor for years. Unfortunately I moved back to my home state and if kidnapping were legal I would have brought him with me. I will definitely miss him!

Appointments are almost always on time, and they'll fit you into their schedule should you need to see a doctor on short notice. The staff is friendly and professional. Both doctors are professional and will take the time to answer any questions from the patient. The folks here seem to genuinely care about their patients. Marshak has been my Primary Care Physician for years and I have no intent on changing that.
