Green Harvest Enterprises, Inc started in 1987 with a 36 unit apartment building in Escondido, which we still own. Over the years, this family owned company has grown to include more than 500 total Apartment units in Escondido and over 80 total Commercial spaces in Escondido and San Marcos. We consider ourselves "collectors" and operate our assets with a long term philosophy in mind.

As the new manager at Cabo Boulder Villas I'm excited to see how our new property is coming along. We are making new improvements such as a new bigger laundry room, new windows and paint throughout whole building, new landscaping, new security gate out front, we will be adding more parking spaces and extra storage's as well. We are on a Great location on 1440 N Broadway conveniently close to schools, Freeway, and shopping center.

WOW......What a difference new management makes. they changed the name to CABO BOULDER VILLAS! GHE bought our apartments and they are making it like new. they even lowered our rent and gave us free pizza card and grande laundry card for the noise and inconvenience all the workers are making but its worth it. we love it here and its a great location near high school on north broadway.

This community was just bought and the new owner has been doing a bunch of upgrades. All the workers at the community have been very professional and respectful. The new manager is great to work with and she is really polite and professional. I cant wait to see the end result. I know it will be great!

Do not move here!! I got roped into an 18 month lease where the manager failed to mention the horrendous roach problem they have! In trying to fix their problem they make you move all your stuff out of the cabinets and closets every 4 to 8 weeks so they can spray so it's like you move out and move back in every two months and it's a three day process at least! Not to mention the stickers they call flooring! You put any furniture on it without a rug and you ruin it immediately. Just because it's recently remodeled doesn't mean it was done right. Would be nice if their parent company Green Harvest Enterprises called or emailed people back. I have left 3 voicemails for Javier and 2 voicemails on their commercial manager voicemail and never got a call back. I also emailed Javier 2 different times without a reply. I've never had a real person answer the phone, just auto attendant and voicemail. I have a dispute with one of their property managers charging pet rent and fees for a service animal and just wanted to ask them for a copy of their official policy on it, but they seem to be ghosts! The apartments have been remodeled beautifully but the office staff is another story. Vicky was 30 minutes late for a scheduled appt and did not apologize when she arrived. Had to make 3 separate appts just to get the completed application to her, then when it was finally submitted, my daughter who is a college student was turned down because they didn't like the fact that my husband and I would pay the rent but not live there. We had explained all of that during our first meeting and when we asked for further explanation, Vicky gave us her supervisor's name and number. We called Javier
