First time in an apartment complex (as opposed to a small, vintage building) and after eight years of living in a home. I absolutely adore the unit I'm in. It felt brand new upon move-in: clean, fresh paint and flooring, no major issues to report at all. Most importantly, Tracy and her staff are beyond professional, patient, welcoming and organized. There have been no complaints on my end at all. For apartments, this is the best option in Fairwood.

Honestly, I didn't believe these reviews were written by real people, but now I am feeling the love, too! I moved in a week ago and had problems with my washing machine and one of my windows. Neither of these was urgent, but the maintenance people were out the next day--it was Saturday--and fixed both problems. I thought I might have to convince them that my problems were really problems, so I ran the washing machine about 5 times before I submitted my service request, just to make sure that the problem was real and not my error. Our stove top has only two working burners even after putting in a work order just to have nothing done and it closed out. This last summer, the sprinklers were broken and flooded the back area of our building for a week and then my water bill reflects the cost. NO PTE work orders are being completed without the knowledge of the residents. I have to park 3 buildings away in the evening because there are no parking spots close to my apartment ever. The Maintenance Supervisor got angry and very sarcastic, asking if I wanted a job since I knew what the problem was and then hung up on me. The parking

It has been a culture shock moving back into an apartment after being in a house for more than 20 years, but it has been a pleasant experience. The property and staff are very nice and accommodating. I like the unit, very nice and clean! Everything is nice, clean and updated. Not been painted over 1000 times. Happy here.

This Thanksgiving we are hosting it and having family over. Thanksgiving morning at around 5 am our pipe under our kitchen sink broke and sprayed and poured water into our kitchen totally flooding it and it started to soak the carpet in the Dining room. We found the shut off valve turned it off, but had no access to water to our unit. We called the maintenance number for Pebble Cove and Ian came quickly, he was polite and he fixed the pipe and made sure there was no leaks. He cleaned up after himself, He used a shop Vac to get excess water off of our carpet and got it all done before 7:00am, So

The Apt Complex team is amazing! From Maintenance team to Leasing! Everyone here is awesome. Been a resident going on 2 yrs and we have been pleased with everything so far. I have many concerns living here.. Every year they stack up. Nothing is done, this place is a business. And it really feels that way.. At some point the owners changed, and so did this place we chose to call home years ago.. Location is honestly awesome for us. But the vibe here, is noooot good. I will say, we very much enjoy our own neighbors in our building though.

-Trash=Bad
-Crime=Bad
-Customer Service=Bad
-Office/Tenant relationship=Poor
-No defense systems onsite i'm aware of. Needs Video cameras, more lights, better placed lights, signage. Not new LED signs

We first moved to Pebble Cove in 2018 and are currently on our 4th lease. We decided on this Apartment complex because of the great location (stores, banks and restaurants close by) and many amenities it has, such as beautiful pool, great BBQ area, Gym, Amazon Hub Locker and many others. At 1st, we were in 1 bedroom apartment, but then decided to move to a 2 bedroom to have more space (and sun). Management made this move super easy for us. I moved here in July, so only 1 full month but I love it so much, I toured at this place about 8 months ago and loved it. We ended up getting something closer to my work, but I thought about this place like everyday. We decided to break our lease so we could move here! Best decision we made!! I do wish they had more than one trash area but everything else makes it worth it.

My friend has had several issues since moving into pebble cove . The excessive noise in the apartments above her that do not allow her to sleep. The front office has been called but seems like they do not care to handle the issue. The screaming and yelling from the family upstairs I have witnessed first hand as I visit her 3 times a week.

They're the absolute worst. I highly recommend you don't live here. Honestly, I think I'd be happier being homeless. The dog park is filthy and has given all the dogs that visit parasites (I have the vet bill to prove it). The grounds are poorly kept with garbage all over, and worst of all is the management. Charlotte could not care less about your problems, maintenance issues are addressed slowly and improperly. Good luck to you if you expect anything to actually be fixed! Don't live here!

The issue was that the painters had removed the downspout and forgot to reconnect it, and then we had two heavy rains which caused flooding of mud and mulch onto my ground floor porch. Only problem was getting management to understand

If you have any problems paying rent on time, even under extenuating circumstances as a student, they WILL NOT work with you. They won't even have a conversation with you about options to avoid or arrange payment plans for late fees. You'll simply be threatened with more $10/day fees until eviction is pursued.
This property management has no care whatsoever for tenants, only about making money. Know your legal tenant rights inside and out when dealing with these capitalists

I loved living here! The staff is always helpful and friendly, the amenities are awesome (great dog park, dog washing station, amazon hub package area) and most importantly the apartments were beautiful! I loved the hardwood floors and flat top stove!
The only reason we left was due to our long commute to work in Bellevue/ Kirkland. Spending 2 hours a day in rush hour traffic was very tolling.
Also, Uber Eats will never be able to find your apartment if you live in the area past the mailboxes.

There is always garbage overflow at night and in the morning leaving garbage piled all the way to the street. I have been a victim of theft 3 separate occasions adding up to over 3k$ and the office says there is nothing they can do. They had roofs installed instead of security cameras. I had an overcharge using their rent pay application online, tried contacting the front office for 4 days now. No call response or any sign of them getting back to me(I work while the office is open) Very unprofessional and terribly overpriced for the quality of units. My washer and dryer are from 2005

From start to finish, our experience at Pebble Cove has been exceptional! Griselda has been an angel sent. She gave us our first tour when we first inquired, and toured us again just when we needed a second idea. She took all our concerns into consideration, and even researched which window facing apartment would give me the best morning light. We have a puppy that absolutely loves the dog park and the dog spa is an amazing amenity!! All of our neighbors are extremely friendly and I cannot see any reason why we would move elsewhere! I've lived here for the past year and its been such a great experience. The amenities and location is great! I've never dealt with any crime, I always feel very safe. The maintenance staff is amazing! They always take care of the issues ASAP. My unit was renovated and updated and it was beautiful. It has been a pleasure living here, I would've resigned my lease if it wasn't for relocating closer to my job. I recommend this place to anyone! I don't agree with the current reviews, I've never had any problems at all.

This is a nice and quiet neighborhood with gym and grocery store in walking distance; however, the nearby criminal activities have been spilling in the apartment complex, which made us feel like it did not live up to our expectations for the high and increasing rent we are paying. My boyfriend had his rims stolen twice in the past the 1 year and 2 months. The first time was in 2016 summer, someone jacked his car up in the middle of the day and took 2 rims and left the jacks in there. - High humidity in my apartment in D block (prison joke). Windows were only on one side of the building so there was no cross-ventilation.
- Prices got out of control. Priced like it was a posh end of town, but it was on the sketchy corner of what used to be the nice end of town. Fees for pets, rental on garages, and unit rentals were going up 10+ % each year. I should almost thank them, drove me to buy a condo.
