I spent a day visiting my sister who lives here, and the lights went out without any messaging from management after the fact. My sister was doing laundry when the lights went out and the clothes were left in the dark. When the lights came back on, she called and asked when the machines would be back online to run the washer again which stopped half way through the cycle. The person at the leasing office, a man, condescendingly asked my sister, "how am I supposed to know?" I loved living here! Great size apartment for the price. I liked the big bedroom with double closets, including a large mirrored one. I rarely heard my neighbors through the walls. When I had a maintenance request, someone came the day of within a couple hours. If I didn't move for a job in a different area, I would have happily stayed longer! I also got my security deposit back in a timely manner.

I find it funny how people love this place. LOOK ELSEWHERE. Unit wasn't cleaned upon arrival, WE HAD TO CLEAN IT OURSELVES. Take pictures the day you move in! I guarantee you will lose most of your deposit for silly claims.
Management Frank is nice & prompt to respond, but when it comes to concerns about your security deposit, he ghosts you. Completely. Called multiple times and sent multiple emails the week we moved out, & no response.
Paid rent early every month for a year, had minimal complaints, however when it came to moving out....ONLY GOT 1/4 OF OUR DEPOSIT BACK when we

I'm giving this 5 star rating for the apartment manager Frank at The Meadows. I have never had such a genuine hard working people pleaser. He is all about making things right or better. Living here has been very pleasant thanks to him. He truly is reliable and focused on each individual that rents here. Frank you're the best I couldn't ask for a better complex manager! You make it comfortable and easy to live here thank you!!!

My fiancé and I moved here from Cincinnati, Ohio. We were very scared to sign a lease electronically without seeing the apartments first. Our worries quickly faded when we pulled into the apartments for the first time. What a beautiful complex! Flowers, plants and palm trees surround the entire complex.
Frank Remeneski, Director at The Meadows is such a kind, wonderful man that truly cares about his tenants. Francisco is always so fast to answer any maintenance issues and shows up to fix the problem within 24 hours!
The pool wasn't open due to COVID the year we lived here but it just opened

We will miss this place we called home for the last 3 years. The complex is well maintained. Denise is very busy with lots going on but she handles her duties well and is attentive. Mariah has also been very friendly. It was a tough decision but relocating is necessary. I would definitely come back.

It's funny how an apartment seeker gets to be at the mercy of the staff, specifically The Meadows Apartments in Santa Rosa. Denise was not just unprofessional, late at appointments and never so efficient in returning calls. While sitting at the office she gets all wired up on a phone call about a sprinkler not being maintained! My holding deposit sat at the office for a good 9 days without notification if our application was considered or not. Denise assures us that she will get back to us when the Screening Department contacts her about my application. Until the Screening Department calls

The property manager, Denise, is 50% the reason we live here. We’ve been here for 5 months and everything has been amazing. The neighbors (and their dogs) are all kind, the parking situation is better than any complex I’ve ever dealt with, the pool and hot-tub are nice and clean even have bbqs for warm summer nights, and if anything ever needs fixing Jose is on the job within the day. Amazing place to live with a great sense of community.

October 9th 2017 was a day many of us in Sonoma County will never forget. It was a day that changed our lives forever. Residing in Coffey Park since our home was first built back in 1987, we lost everything like so many others. We stayed with family for 2 weeks but that seemed to get uncomfortable fairly quickly; especially since there were (5) of us in a (3) bedroom home with already (4) people. It just didn't set well with us to burden anyone else.

I truly have no idea what these other people are talking about. I lived at the meadows for two years. It's a wonderful community. Close to everything !!! Easy access to the highway. A few blocks from downtown! Easy access to Petaluma hill road. If you talk to the landlord she gets everything done in a timely manor. I truly had no complaints living there. If I ever move back to Santa Rosa I will be looking there again !!!

If I could give zero stars I would as this is what this place deserves. The staff managing this property is extremely unprofessional. I was in communication with the manager regarding availability of their units. In short, I was in the process of getting my paperwork over to them to apply for their last unit available. I called the manager at mid day of 6/17/2015 to express my interest in the unit and to reassure her that I am getting my paper work in. I am not exaggerating at that within hours of speaking with the manager I received an email from her stating that the unit was now gone and rented

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! These people rented me an apartment and then for three weeks in the middle of August my air conditioner was broken and leaking and soaking my hallway carpet and they kept telling me it was fixed. Then they finally fixed it after figuring out there was a broken water pipe in my ceiling. Then I got locked out of my garage because the door handle to my garage was broken which made me late for work since I couldn't access my vehicle to leave. In the year I lived there the door handle was broken four different times and the maintenance staff never fixed anything on time.
