Food was amazing, best noodles ever! I ordered 4 party plates. Orange chicken, gentso chicken, beef and broccoli and another one with half noodle / half rice. Everything was great and everyone loved it. (It also came with 20 free sugar donuts 😋.

Fast friendly service. Food was excellent! Great portions. Highly recommend.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here and I usually order different foods, but today I ordered the basil - 1: beef 1: chicken plate special. I literally wasted my money, and it smells kind of spoiled… bad taste, under cooked, and rubbery… I’m gonna eat the rice tho!!! Stay away from the special!

First time here and I loved it. Food very fresh, lunch portion is very nice. I will be back. I ordered from the lunch menu the sesame chicken with pork fried rice and the shrimp lo mein with pork fried rice.

This is quite possibly the worst food I have ever had. I don't know of what I ate was actual Chinese. There was NO flavor. The fried rice neither looks nor tastes like fried rice. Small amounts of meat in a sauce that resembles phlegm. It was so bland. Could not finish the meal.

Me and my husband use to get food from yummy cafe, all the time well today was a disappointment. My husband went to go get multiple, orders and all of them came out wrong. They even forgot to give him two drinks that was supposed to come with the order as well.

I just found out this Chinese restaurant and saw this. My first time trying it and it tasted delicious!!!! I’m coming back again just for this!

This place has the best cashew chicken! The people there are nice too! BEST PLACE IN SAVANNAH!

Whenever i come do to Savannah to visit my first meal is ALWAYS Yummy cafe!! Me and my bestfriend love the place. Everything is tantalizing regardless of what you get but my favorites are the boneless ribs and the cabbage they never fail!! This is a GO-TO spot I REPEAT...A GO-TO SPOT!!

Pretty reliable and quick. Love the soups and shrimp fried rice. Friendly staff. I've gone there for years and seen the children grow. Good people own it.

Don't get me wrong the food is good,but I got the black pepper special for $6.95. It was offered with chicken, shrimp, or beef In the 2weeks prior i got the chicken with just vegetables, ok so i figured i would try it,but with shrimp......i was told that it was $3.00 extra fee with just vegetables only?
What kind new hell price gouching is this? And i asked
for the vegetables too be cut smaller they didn't and you only get 5 pieces of shrimp. Wow.....Shame on you!!!! Yummy cafe my family and I spend good money at your location just too get short chnged in the end.

This place was AWFUL! Biggest waste of $23. ever. Nothing but straight up grease. I have no idea what my dumplings were stuffed with...First time eating there, my husband said it was really bad. I thought I would give it a second chance. BIG MISTAKE! Simply awful.

New crawfish is great! Very good service and best Chinese Restaurant near Chatham Pkwy

The reviews are misleading.
The food all sounded promising- I got a little of everything and NOTHING was good.
Flavorless and bland, no salt or seasoning. They use the worst cuts of meat and the fried rice is literally ORANGE. You could put it with enchiladas and say it’s Mexican rice.
Absolutely awful- I am beyond disappointed and I regret even spending the money.
It is so bad I couldn’t even eat anymore of it and ended up having to cook something.

Not good at ALL. I was at Savannah tire an was looking for were to eat so i tryed this place bad mistake.

Had some simple takeout noodles . They were really good. Not amazing but definitely some of the better ones from Savannah area restaurants. The amount of noodles was good too. Best thing I can saw is that I'm going back for more this weekend.

This place is literally the best Chinese I have had ever. I was introduced to the place by the owners brother, but I don’t know the family too well. For a college student the prices are perfect for the amount of food given, and the fact that the whole family is back their cooking together makes the place so much better. I usually get the Black Pepper Beef, and it is really really good.

As my husband, stepdaughter, and I were eating dinner we noticed the kitchen door was open. No big deal...until we saw a cat walking around, then it sat by the door entrance. To make matters worse, a couple of children (I'm guessing either the owner's kids or a worker's kids) walked in the kitchen to pet the cat and continued to stay in there. This is NOT a joke (I know all the jokes about how we are really eating cats, etc). I wouldn't take time out of my day to make something up like this. Anyway, completely unsanitary and disgusting. We won't be going back.

Placing an order by phone is such a hassle I called and placed an order and the woman that took my order must have not heard or understood what I said she had a strong Asian accent but when I arrived to pick up my order they said they don't have any record of my order therefore I had to replace my order and I was late from my 30min lunch

OMG everyone, this place is SO GOOD! I love their food so much. It's really cheap for how many food you're getting. The lunch specials and dinner combination are so worth it. Don't just get sesame chicken or orange chicken, try other menus too!

I like their bean curd with mixed vegetables. They will make it extra spicy. I can call ahead and in ten minutes it's ready. Very friendly service. They were even open during hurricane Matthew when everyone else was closed.

Guys (generic...I'm old). Here from Atlanta for a conference in Savannah. Tripped across this gem near my really inexpensive motel. Killer food. In fact, I know of few in Atlanta who can match the Orange Beef of this restaurant. The only one better I've had was in my old home town, King Food on Nasa Rd 1 in Clear Lake, TX. Yummy Cafe is great,....plus....you are darn lucky because hardly anyone carries Mai Fun (Mei Fun?), which are the flat and wide noodles, around Atlanta anymore. You have them in Savannah!, and they add extra to a dish.

But back to the Orange beef: Well breaded

Moved nearby & gave them a take-out whirl today. Ordering over the phone was difficult w/language barrier & the online menu is not up to date, which compounded the issues. Go get a paper menu to save some hassle. As for the food...it was ok. Pretty much like anything you'd find at a mall. Nothing special, but not horrific if you want a quick Chinese fix.
