Unprofessional, disorganized, dishonest. We originally had an appointment with Anesha the leasing at agent at Legacy for my 71 year old handicapped mother who had recently had a stroke. The appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and we waited for over 45 minutes with zero updates from Anesha or the staff. Against our better judgment we decided to move forward with an application ($75). After the application was accepted my mother found a condo that suited her perfectly. I called Anesha and told her the situation. Several weeks later we received a $225 bill for a move out fee. This was never mentioned

I’ll be as fair as possible. The apartments are nice. Mine was new when I moved in, and some of the trim work and cabinetry was either done by a drunk guy or someone that’s just lazy, but that wasn’t anything worth complaining over.
What was worth the complaint was the amount of time it took to get a piece fixed on my dishwasher (I ended up fixing it myself), there’s still a hole in my bedroom ceiling that had to be cut AFTER I moved in for an air duct, and customer service is some of the worst known to mankind.
I had a plethora of emails to the assistant manager unreturned in a timely

Caitlin in the office is so sweet and made move in SEAMLESS!!! highly recommend! 10/10 experience!!!! I have leased from around 5 different landlords, and this was by far the best experience! Not to say we didn't have any issues, but when we did, they went over and beyond to fix it! I went grocery shopping one day and when I returned home the battery in the keyless entry to my apt was dead. I had to throw out a lot of groceries and Legacy at Jones Farm gave me a visa gift card as reimbursement! NO other apt would do that!

This place is incredible! I feel like I just signed a lease for a resort. I worked closely with Melinda and Kwandia to get an apartment and it all happened in a couple of hours! I am so excited about how safe this community is, as well as the amazing pool and then can’t forget about the workout room, spin room and yoga room!! Top of the line. I couldn’t recommend a better place to move then Legacy at Jones Farm!

Legacy at Jones Farm is probably the nicest apartment complex my wife and I have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in quite a few. The apartments are brand new, spacious, and have great appliances. Sunsets are stunning from where the apartments sit up next to the mountain. We could see them from our balcony or the pool! The grounds are beautiful and clean. The gym is incredible with a lot of new and different equipment. You also can't beat the location! You have numerous restaurants, grocery stores, shops, parks, and a movie theater all near by. You can get to downtown in 10 minutes. I can't say

We moved to Legacy last August from Massachusetts! Our experience here has been beyond expectations. The office team is very friendly and extremely helpful. The maintenance team or 'the boys' as my wife refers to them has quickly responded to the few issues. We love the pool and have made a number of friends. I personally enjoy meeting people at the monthly events. We recently renewed our lease and we look forward to continuing our stay at our own resort.
