Very nice apartments and atmosphere. When you are thinking of a possible move, it is so helpful to have someone who is knowledgeable ,kind and enjoys helping others by answering questions and concerns. everything. it's crazy as it is we were given an
unfinished apartment🚩

We have stayed in this apartment for 5 years. It was a great experience and also we made lot of friends in the community. We have seen lot of changes in the front desk staff in these 5 years and the experience had always been great except may be couple of occasions. They are very professional and service requests were almost always served on time. We miss all the events organized by Scott. Overall we enjoyed our stay in hidden ridge and always recommend friends to stay there... Thanks for all the help. We appreciate it.

I was a tenant with a small pet that was charged close to $700 for carpet replacement upon moving out. While occupying the unit, my roof had water leakage which damaged the carpet to the point of needing replacement.
Instead of replacing the carpet, Rosa and her team
1) Never came to fix the inside cosmetics including patch replacement, leaving me exposed to mold/mildew
2) They are withholding a large amount of my security deposit and are blaming my small pet.
And plus, the roach problem is BAD
If you have a small pet or children, I would advise you keep looking because these people are looking

I have been at Hidden Ridge for a few months now and so far so good. Eric is very professional and personable and got me exactly what I asked for. It was a good price, and even worked with me on my deposit. For an older complex and the price it is a very nice community and atmosphere with great scenery. I cant speak for others but if you want an affordable place with a great atmosphere then this part of North Irving is a great spot to move too!

Maintenance guys always try to put a patch instead of a full fix. And it will break with in a week or two.
In my 18 months of stay I opened 17 tickets.
So please decide before you lease.
Other photos are the ones from the day when my lease started. So they gave me the dirtiest apartment without clean from previous tenants. Cockroaches and broken appliances.
I saw some glass pieces Of a bulb on the floor on first day. Thank god my lease is finishing soon.
