Dr. Kallianos offers his patients a personable side of medicine with a high degree of professionalism. He received his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in 1986, and then completed his internship and residency training at Duke University Medical Center, as well specializing in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.

Patients are seen by appointment only.
When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer's plan, please be sure to let our insurance department know. We will submit all insurance claims for you. We will attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 45 days.
We ask that you bring all prescription medication(s) with you to your appointment, even if it was prescribed by another physician. Please request all refills of continuous medicines during your appointment. In the event of your prescription expiring prior to your next appointment, contact your pharmacy directly and they will send us a refill request.
