I am giving this location 1 star solely because of the PA Kaitlyn Brown. She has proven to be a fair provider who does not discriminate against patients and listens to their needs. However this office location has been horrible to work with over the past year. I always do early morning appointments and 100% of the time me and other patients are there before the receptionists….they never answer the phone for patient inquiries or call back….they are always overbooked and running behind 30mins-1 hour even for 1st thing in the morning appointments…most importantly I have been off of my Rx regimen

This is the Mosaic Comprehensive Care practice now in the Avance Care group. Health-at-every-size philosophy and strives to be enby/trans friendly. I've seen most practitioners here; all are competent, but I prefer to see one of the NPs. She's always on point with no BS. With the buyout, a lot of the front desk staff and the phlebotomist changed, which I think was a huge loss. The last time I got my blood drawn, there were multiple attempts , I was in tears...it was miserable and later I had bruising. This clinic is just awesome! Everyone here is so helpful and very nice. Dr. Kaitlyn Brown was amazing! I’ve been searching for a primary care doctor for a very long time and I can say that Dr. Brown will be my primary care doctor. She’s super helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell that she works with her heart and is passionate about what she does! Laura was also great! She took my vitals and was a very good listener. Overall I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

My recent visit to Avance Care in Brier Creek, (NW Raleigh location) exceeded all of my expectations, even and especially during these COVID-19 times. Dr. Philippe Bulauitan, his PA and entire staff were very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They satisfactorily answered every question I had on my health related concerns. All COVID-19 measures were in place to insure a safe visit. I would highly recommend this doctor and his practice to all who are looking for an excellent primary care physician.

I’m new to the area and needed to find a Primary care physician. I found Avance care through my insurance company’s website and I think I have a winner. Dr. Bulauitan is extremely thorough and professional with an excellent bedside manner. The front desk staff was super polite, and the phlebotomist put me at ease and made me laugh by telling me I had “great veins”. Hopefully this will be a long and healthy relationship.
