Corebody Pilates Plus offers Lagree Fitness workout on Megaformer machines. Lagree Fitness is a High Intensity, Low Impact, Full body workout focused on core strengthening and fat burn. It's inspired by Pilates, yet very different from traditional Pilates. This workout helps you build a Strong Core and Lean Body in a fun and safe environment.

The 45 minute classes are set to upbeat music and they fly by quick as you challenge your mind, body and core. You achieve leaner, toner form - all while sparing your joints and your sanity. That subtle-shake and soreness you'll feel after class is proof that you're getting stronger, more resilient, and fitter - faster.
Services
Shilpi is the founder of Corebody Pilates Plus. She brings an odd mix of skills to the position - she's a former engineer who fell in love with Lagree Fitness in 2009 in L.A. Her first class left her sweating, shaking and absolutely hooked! She has over 8 years of experience teaching and practicing Lagree.
Although Lagree Fitness workouts is at the heart of our training but we also offer other fitness classes like TRX, Row, Bosu, F.I.T (Functional Interval Training) classes. All our classes are 45 minutes long. It's not just any studio, it's a place where we encourage you to break through boundaries and crush your own goals.
Our 6 Week Transformation Challenge is a Weight-loss/Fat Loss challenge. It delivers results in 6 weeks if you stay on with it. It has helped our participants to lose weight anywhere from 8 - 20 lbs. and also reduce their body fat % ( improvements of 3% - 7% body fat). We combine Nutrition, fitness and Accountability in this unique challenge and take all the guess work away.
Lagree Fitness (previously known as Pilates Plus) effectively combines Strength, Endurance, Cardio, Balance, and Flexibility in not only 1 class but in EACH AND EVERY MOVE. Developed by Sebastien Lagree, this workout is performed on upgraded machines called Megaformers which have a unique spring mechanism to support an intense fat burning workout with extremely low impact on your joints.

Corebody Pilates is amazing! I’ve been going here for six years and it never feels boring. They have helped me get my strength back and are the reason I still have abs after two pregnancies. I tried other Pilates studios before Corebody Pilates, but once I tried their class I knew I had found my place! Shilpi, Debye and Danielle are awesome instructors. The machines and classes might seem intimidating at first, but they offer modifications and challenges for every exercise. So no matter your level you can participate. You won’t regret signing up.

This is my favorite Lagree place in San Diego. They have a great amount of classes at good times. The machines are nice and the instructors are all great and have different styles. They have managed to stay afloat in Covid but I hope they remain thriving from now on. I always recommend people to join.

I was a regular attendee here and in November purchased $500 worth of classes in advance. That same month I became pregnant after years of infertility and miscarriages. I am high risk pregnant and my doctor told me this type of workout is not advisable or safe for me so I contacted the owner and she will not give me any sort of refund the most she will do is "extend to expiration " for a few months. well, now there is a global pandemic and I do not and will not feel safe coming back here anytime in the near future or during the time she *so generously * extended the expiration for these

I love this place! I love Julia the instructor. The owner is great! She replies back to my texts at a very quick manner!
The schedule fits my kids dance schedule. While she's in dance, I get my workout in!
Today, I have to say was the best class Julia ever have and I had to write this review!

I love coming to CoreBody Pilates Plus. They have transformed my body in a way that I could never imagine. The instructors are great, studio is clean and the clientele here are wonderful women. Highly recommend!

I've been a Core Body Pilates member for three years and can't say enough good things about it. You won't understand it too you try it. The instructors are awesome and workout is really great. It's not high impact which works for me and I love the 45 min sessions. Check it out for yourself!

Located in Rancho Bernardo/4s Ranch in the 711 shopping center.

My friend & I came in for 45 minute Mega-tone + TRX class last Tuesday morning. They offer 3 other classes: Mega-tone, F.I.T Camp, & Row + TRX.

I have only done Pilates once before & was sore for days, & this was the same! & with the additional TRX, my arms, shoulders, & abs were even more sore.

Nice instructor, small classes. $10 for your 1st class.

Completely enjoyed my experience! My cousin and I signed up for the megatone class and we are definitely sore. The instructor was helpful in showing us how to use the machines. Although, it was hard to keep up at times since we were new and everyone else already knew the movements. I liked how the class has 10 people in that it feels more private and comfortable. I would recommend to bring someone with you the first time so that you don't feel nervous. Overall, very clean and great experience!

I tried this lagree studio out for the first time last weekend and took the full body, 45 minute, class. I LOVE lagree (and pilates in general) but tend to be picky about studios. This studio was great and such a challenge! I told the instructor, Alona, that I had knee issues at the beginning of class and she CHANGED THE ENTIRE workout so I did not have to modify any exercises. Unheard of! I appreciated that she wanted me to have a great first experience. Overall, I was dying, in the best way. Parking is easy, they have their own lot. If you love lagree, this is a must-try studio.

CBPP in RB strives to give me a place where not only Pilates is offered, but other classes like Power Burn Fit Camp, Row plus TRX, and more. I don't feel like I need to attend another fitness facility to get a well-rounded workout. The instructors are professional and provide help and feedback to each member. At the same time, they challenge and encourage me. I will attend this gym for a long time.

I signed up to their 6-week challenge and was surprised at how much it changed me. I learned so much about food and exercise, while never being hungry. I fell in love with this gym over the 6-weeks....the classes, the trainers and other clients are all amazing! I used to run for miles and miles and workout for hours, now I'm in the best shape that I've been in a very long time and I only spend 45-min at the gym! Whether in a HIIT class or a lean muscle building SPX class you get an all over body workout every single time!

I've been coming here since May 2018, and wow, what a journey! Not only have I lost ~25lbs since May, but I am stronger than ever. Every class here, pushes me and I am sore for days! I surprised myself when I signed up for the 6 week challenge - I have four kids ages 7 and under and haven't found time to work out in, oh, 8 years :-) The info session before committing to the challenge was great, I appreciated their thorough explanation and details in the provided meal plan. I appreciated that it wasn't an "eat exactly this meal at this time" but more of an education about seeing each meal as an opportunity to fuel your body with healthy, yummy options. I never felt deprived with the food plan and lost over 5% body fat in 6 weeks.

My experience left me a bit demoralized and hesitant about the type of classes I want to take (at other studios). I left their 6-week challenge early due to a less than ideal interaction with an instructor. My schedule did not allow much flexibility so I was bound to take her class quite a bit (during and potentially after the challenge). I was getting decent results but the type of 'encouragement' I was getting from her felt forceful rather than energetic or dynamic. I've been going to this gym for about 5 months and I'm so thankful that I found it. I love the personalized service, the complete body workouts in 45-minutes, the suooort from the trainers, and the small community based atmosphere of the gym. They offer both HIIT cardio workouts, such as a Row+TRX class (which is cardio on a water rower mixed with strength training on the TRX bands), and Fit Camp classes (which are like a boot camp) all with no more than 8 people. All classes are moves are easily modified by the trainers depending on your fitness level and/or any injuries. They also have Proformer

Holy sore! I attended my first class yesterday and muscles are tight! I thought being a gymnast would give me a leg up (get it??) in doing this type of Pilates but it was tough!

The entire class is focused on slow movements and pulsating movements to help elongate the slow twitch muscles in your body. I didn't walk out feeling exhausted and sweaty but my entire body had the shakes from working it hard. I still had energy after and my hair wasn't drenched in sweat so this is a good workout if you want to get sore but not sweaty.

I just want to update my review in that I love CoreBody Pilates Plus more than ever!
I travel a lot and tend to 'overindulge to the max.
When I return I go straight to classes and after a week or so I can feel myself getting stronger and firmer.
All without hurting myself!
I guess you can say that CoreBody Pilates Plus is my body reboot. I'd be in deep trouble without them!

This is a great studio with plenty of workout options. From the pilates classes to TRX to cardio and rowers, there will be a workout that works for you. I feel that there is plenty of variety and options to modify for your specific needs to make this a go to studio that never gets dull.
What made the difference for me personally are the small classes which allow the instructors to stay on top of everybody's performance and correct posture and the overall advice on workouts and nutrition that is readily available from their knowledgeable trainers.
I am definitely hooked and I love this type

This is a great studio! They have a wide variety of workouts ranging from all different skill levels. I've been going to this gym for over a year and I still find it challenging and fun every time I go! They have proformer machines, TRX, water rowers and fit camp which are boot camp style circut excercizes. The instructors are great and keep you motivated! They pack a super effective workout in just 40 minutes. I love this gym and recommend it to absolutely everyone!

I've been coming to this studio for a while through ClassPass. This studio uses the megaformers. I come back as much as ClassPass will allow me. They offer beginner classes, regular classes, TRX, HIIT, and more. Maricel and Danielle's classes are awesome! I'm always leaving drenched in sweat and feeling empowered! Highly recommend this studio!

I have been a member of this studio for more than 6 months and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The classes are upbeat, always challenging and incorporate workouts targeting almost every area of your body. I personally definitely see results, my abs are basically back to normal after 2 pregnancies and I can again happily welcome the swim suit season:). The workouts are a great addition to my running routing. I feel so much stronger now.

The instructors here are wonderful, they truly do make this place really special. They go above and beyond to make the classes fun, challenging

I am SUCH a HUGE SPX (Lagree) pilates fan - so much so that i went through training myself and taught for a time period. So when I saw the Groupon, I jumped on it! I was a bit disappointed. I remember Lagree classes to be very difficult and a good challenge; i.e. worth the money. But found at Core Body that I wasn't challenged as much as I was at other Lagree studios. It was very, very disappointing. Going to finish up my Groupon classes and see if things improve, but currently, I have no plans to continue with membership or drop-ins -- regardless of how convenient this place it for me. If

This was my first time trying CBPP/total newbie to this type of workout. I also have back/hip issues, so I was worried if I could handle it. I shockingly LOVED it!!!

Shilpi was my instructor (also the owner). She was AWESOME! Very welcoming and provided me with a safe, excellent and QUITE challenging workout. The gal next to me calls her "the devil in disguise" haha because she is the sweetest looking lady with the nicest smile and yet, she'll make your muscles burn and shake.

CoreBody Pilates is an amazing place! The staff is so welcoming and very helpful. I didn't realize how important strengthening my core was until I went to CoreBody. It has made me stronger overall. Corebody Pilates has definitely helped me achieve my fitness goals. I believe everyone should try it! I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

CoreBody in Carmel Mountain is absolutely awesome. Yes I'm a guy, but my g/f got me hooked months ago. This work out style truly is what they advertise, "Pilates on steroids." It's like a boot camp class mixed with Pilates (yes I've taken Pilates classes too). We love Cristal's classes. She's super motivational, does a great job trying to remember everyone and learn their strength levels and regularly changes up her routines as to not bore class members.
As people say, couples who sweat together, stay together. :)
