We had a policy for a year. When it was time for renewal, I emailed that I wanted to renew and also asked some questions. My email went unanswered. I was informed of a new agent, Debbie Klisch, and we started communicating regarding renewal, although I thought it should have already auto-renewed. The auto-renewal did not happen before the termination of my policy. Although I consequently had several conversations and emails with the Debbie, nothing was ever confirmed. When I pressed her, she emailed a curt response, "we cannot bind you". There was no explanation and no reply to my subsequent email

I Paid my Commercial truck off early and informed the agent when I renewed the policy. She refused to take the Finance company off as lost Payee. She claimed She could not. I have a title of ownership in my hands. When it comes time to renew will they understand I can not. It is very sad that this has happened as I had always received the best service and now I am left without service.

I first worked with SCIC when seeking auto coverage for a teen-age son who had had an accident that totaled our vehicle. Fortunately, he wasn't injured and no one else was involved. But his insurance rates went up significantly. The SCIC team has always been enormously helpful in comparing different policies and guiding me to the right coverage at the right price.
