I am so pleased with the inspection by Scott. He walked me through room by room and showed me every detail of things he found. He explained things that weren’t going to be a problem to things that potentially could be a problem. I was really impressed with the job he did and he was very professional. I know the property is sound and I can rest at ease moving in knowing the inspection was complete. The price was very reasonable! Thank you, Scott!!

Scott was phenomenal to work with! As a real estate agent in Knoxville, I meet many inspectors. He was pleasant to speak with on the phone, and was prompt on arranging the inspection AND he is licensed to do HUD engineer reports. He took the time to walk around with my clients with no hesitation. His branding and presentation is definitely of great quality also; between website, apparel, pens and cards. I am purchasing a condo in Knoxville and selected Darragh Home Inspections from the several inspection companies that I called for quotes. Scott sounded knowledgeable and nice and he turned out to be both knowledgeable, very nice, experienced and has a website about his home inspection process. He was fine with me being at the inspection and he explained several repairs that I had questions about. He took a lot of pictures and spent a lot of time being thorough and had a very organized detailed report that he provided to me by the end of the day. He was at the inspection on time, was very polite

As a first time home buyer, I don't think I could have chosen a better Home Inspector to partner with. Scott Darragh was not the first inspector I called, when I first started shopping around, but after our first conversation over the phone, Scott quickly became the last one I would call. We used Darragh Home Inspection to do a home inspection on a house we are buying. Scott was great! He took the time to explain everything to us in detail. The report on the home was extremely detailed and thorough. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He arrived early for the appointment.
