I used Mr. Farmer from out of state. Farmer missed a very expensive problem with my home. When confronted Farmer denied responsibility yet 3 contractors asked me why I didn't get a home inspection.. Farmer missed MAJOR issues with the home and refused any attempt to work together to solve the problem. I WILL not do business with Farmer again, and I am hopeful that you don't suffer from his negligence as well. I am a real estate agent, so I am a seasoned buyer/seller. We arrived at a house we thought would be a good deal. He was there early. He wasn't afraid to crawl in spaces that most inspectors would shy away from! He was honest and we felt like he was on our side. He actually saved us from what could of been a lot of unforseen trouble. After that he was always available to help us with any questions we had. He's the only inspector we will use!

Brian did the inspection on the 80 year old house I’m buying. His pricing was reasonable and he was willing to explain the things I didn’t understand (a lot!) until I did. He was friendly and easy to talk with, and meticulous in his approach and report. His online portal made it easy to access the report and get the details and pictures, also allowing the client to make notes on what to talk with the realtor about.
