Chad's Mobile Bike Repair

I previously left a very bad review on this site. I am so sorry but I meant to leave this review for a different bike repair person that lives in Chicago that used stolen parts to do a repair. Please accept my apology for my mistake. I feel terrible that I left this review.

BEWARE!! He sells stolen bike parts as used and I was almost arrested for having him repair my sons Fixie bike with a stolen serialized part. The police from Chicago are investigating as we speak.

I spoke with a number of cyclists in town and all seemed to land on Chad's as the go to bike repair expert. We reached out and he did an amazing job for an extremely reasonable price. I'd recommend him to anyone who needed a small repair or a custom build. Chad's will be our go to source and we'll be building two custom bikes with them soon!

I talked to Sharon to book the appointment and she was very sweet and professional as well as informative. Chad did an amazing tune up on my old bike. He worked very fast and efficiently and was very nice! I will be going to them for all of my future biking needs!

I have went to Chad on several occasions for various different repairs ranging from fairly simple to extremely complicated. Every single time Chad has went above and beyond to provide fast, quality service at a great value. Covid has backed up bike repair at shop after shop. Chad’s mobile service is awesome. Chad comes to you. Sharon in the office keeps you up to date on any schedule changes, is more than capable of answering your questions, and super friendly. Together they make a great team. Chad did a great job.!! He knew exactly what needed to be fixed. Was able to make the repair that was needed. I have taken my bikes to other repair shops before but the service and pricing that Chad provides far exceeds the other guys. I would highly recommend him. You can't go wrong.

We are so glad we found Chad's mobile bike repair service! The communication to set up this service was done by e-mail and Chad was extremely prompt. Chad came right to our apartment and worked on our bikes right at his car, right outside. He explained everything he did on the bikes to us. He is extremely knowledgable and very kind!
