Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. (RSS) was founded in 1979 and provides community-based mental health and substance abuse services to more than 3,000 individuals each year. The steady growth of the agency has been guided by its continuous commitment to quality specialized care and service innovation.
Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. (RSS) includes NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) residential group homes, licensed and supported apartment living, supported employment and affirmative businesses (also known as social enterprises), care coordination, personalized recovery oriented services (PROS), treatment, crisis services/respite services, and wellness centers.
