So sad that they do not pay their employees what they deserve then want them to work overtime and mandating them as if they don’t have families of their own! I will NEVER recommend this facility! If they don’t care about the people taking care of our loved ones, why would I EVER expect them to take care of my loved one?!0

My mother went to this rehab center 3 years ago. The worst experience EVER. First of all the front desk ladies smelled like a funeral home, and they had fleas in their hair. I was disgusted. When I went to see my mother, she seemed to be happy, but it was only because she met a nice custodian who made her day. I was happy to hear that, but went I looked around the whole place looked like something out of Pet Cemetery. TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO PUT THERE PARENTS THERE: DON'T UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE IN SOMETHING AS SIMILAR TO A SEWER AND COME BACK AS LEO!!!!!!!

My Mother is a long-term patient there and her room, especially the floor is always filthy. Her wheel chair constantly reeks of urine. There is no garbage pail in her room and the 1 I bought her is missing along with several of her other belongs (Mostly clothing, perfumes, jewelry including watches) that again were either purchased by me or her other children. When asked about no one ever gets back to you. I can not wait to find a more suitable facility for her. I leave my visits ashamed.

I'm the new Admissions Director here at Campbell Hall Rehab and I have never worked with a more devoted team. The owner and his wife are doing all they can to get this place to tip top shape. Our entire long term unit has been sterilized where everything shines brighter than white, can you imagine that?! New windows recently installed, donations to families of those in need and so much more! I wanted to put my review up here because there is diligence in this building. And I wanted all to make note, the reviews that are listed are from years ago, our most current reviews from a year ago which is

My mom, whom is nearly 102 has been given excellent care. Today is 4 weeks that she has been a patient there. Everyone is genuinely concerned with the well being of their patients. The staff is so warm and friendly and only want what is best for all. They do not hesitate to call and speak to the caregiver if any questions arise. They hold meetings with the family caregiver to keep them aware of the care their loved one is given. I highly recommend Campbell Hall. My mom has been in 2 other nursing homes, and neither one of them can hold a candle to Campbell Hall.

I would like to thank the staff at Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center. I was there for two weeks. The staff was exceptional. Anything that I needed from physical therapy to a cup of water, was taken seriously and I felt like I was a part of the family here. There were a lot of activities from bingo to making soda bread for St. Patrick Day. I would especially like to thank Jeff, Dan, Julie, Stephanie, Christina , Kim, Rosa, Dana, just to name a few. Please continue doing what your doing. I am so grateful, I choose this place after my hip replacement. I would recommend Campbell Hall rehabilitation

Leaving Campbell Hall Rehab, the staff, especially the Rehab Team has been very instrumental in my rehabilitation to get me strong enough and confident enough to return home to my familiar surroundings and friends and family. As a whole, the staff have been very helpful and a joy. The Bistro experience is FANTASTIC. The staff there are very accommodating. The recreational activities are enjoyable and stimulate a variety of the senses. The beautician, Linda, was amazing and accommodating to my hair needs. The opportunities to have my friends visit with their pet and serve as a support system and

If I could give less than one star I would. This place is a joke! First of all half of these reviews are from employees to increase the ratings and it's all a bunch of lies from what I have seen and heard of this place. The employees here have openly made fun of my grandfather calling him crazy and using disrespectful hand gestures. They refuse to give him his proper medication putting his health at risk. He has been here no more than 5 days and his clothing has been stolen. According to the staff, it is because they do all of the laundry for the entire building together and it is hard to keep

My experience with my mother is terrible when it comes to this place. The staff is never responsive and almost always mean and aggressive toward patients or visitors. I have seen some of the elders scream for more hours to get a nurse’s help to no avail. They could take hours if not more to respond to simple needs by patients. I constantly get called by my mom asking me to call the staff to change her or to adjust her bed, if your parent is lucky they will respond to them less than two hours.
