Awful and overpriced, ordered two cookie doughs and received the smallest amount of cookie dough that tasted awful! Avoid, there are so many better dessert places in Kilmarnock!

Got churros and they were raw dough in the inside and paid for 2 tubs of Nutella and it wasn't even Nutella it was cheap chocolate. Disappointed never again.

Took my kids for a treat, absolutely horrendous place! Waffles served freezing cold and staff were very rude and seemed hurt when it was brought to their attention. Told us to deal with it. Wouldn't ever take my kids back there. Not even worth the 1 star!

Just had the cookie dough delivered. Paid well over £5 for it and its a tiny amount and very grudged by the looks of it. Tastes well enough. Milkshakes are okay but none more than that.

So i hate leaving bad reviews but I believe positive criticism may help, their has been ample reviews left about deliveries being cold and late which clearly haven’t been rectified! as the same mistakes are still happening which should have been resolved we waited two hours for two burnt cold waffles and customer service skills from the girls are non existent which is really disappointing frim another business owners point of view, kooshys is a new place that has never any problems is it not advisable to keep customers happy so their returning not spending money In Other franchises and going

Had a burger and chips, White kiss waffle and white chocolate shake, the lettuce in the burger was far from fresh, it was disgusting and went in the bin, the milkshake was nice, the waffle was nice but the fruit on top was vile. Won't be ordering from here again unfortunately

The MOST AMAZING waffles and milkshakes ever! The staff are so friendly and nice, and the portion sizes are really good value for money! 2nd visit this weekend! YUMMMM 😋

Waited just over an hour but I can understand as they are very popular and busy, Staff gave some extra sweets for the delay so the kids were happy. Amazing customer service. Strawberry milkshake was something else! Will be ordering again

Stopped by here after seeing some appealing photos on instagram but was left disappointed after ordering a waffle which was very dry and definitely not worth the money. Not only this but i noticed the owner of the shop seemed to be very bossy and shouty at her from the moment i walked in the shop, this seems to be the norm as i have also heard from a others that they have noticed the same. Definitely not worth the money and more to the point and absolute disgrace the way the owner speaks to her staff. Will not be back again.

The waffles and milkshakes Are amazing!! And the ice cream was just perfect. The lady on the phone was really lovely too. Defo ordering again
