Beginning on 4/30/2021, City Council has passed Bill 21-0021 which states that all lease agreements signed for Baltimore City residential properties will be REQUIRED to have ATLEAST a 10 day late payment window. This company posted an ad on Craigslist with a rental that I was interested in. I replied to it and asked if they accepted pets, received no reply, and went to the website from Craigslist and applied. I emailed again after my application about the pet policy and finally received an answer that they do not allow pets.

First off I did not really want to be a landlord but I ended up with a property and decided after hearing many horror stories of people being their own landlord that I wanted a property manager. A friend at work recommended Concord and several years later I couldn't be happier. they take the headaches out of managing a property. They are great at screening tenement's (I have had the same one for several years now with no issues) they are responsive, professional, organized and give great advice. I will continue to recommend them for anyone in the area as they make owning a rental property stress

Tonya and her team were referred to us by my husband's co-worker. I was looking to rent my townhome and with being a first time landlord, I wanted to hire a management company to take care of everything; Tonya was the just the person. We have been using Concord Property Managers for the past 5 years to manage 3 residential properties and it has been the best decision we could have made. They are extremely responsive to the tenant and contact us if there is a preceived problem with a tenant. Tonya Lurz or one of her staff with check with us regarding how we want to handle repairs and are on top of all the licensing and permiting requirements necessary for property rental. Critical:Â Responsiveness
I called to have my stove mixed. They told me I had to pay 100 dollars deductible to come out. Clearly the lease say the landlord is responsible for repairs unless its tenant abuse. I pay my rent and dont call for anything. I repair smallcthings on my own. I'm a renter not a home owner that's responsible for repairs.

Well, seeing as how you have yet to tour the property, meet tenants, or respond to ANY maintenance issues (including but… not limited to- four days without plumbing, a roof you've been trying to get fixed from many leaks since January but then having to bandaid out of your own pocket to get by.) Oh boy, but Tonya wants that rent!

If any clients are contemplating hiring this company, you would do well to hold your own security deposit, otherwise, it will be subject to their interpretation. After contesting the withholding of a management fee, it fell on deaf ears and needless to say they are unresponsive. Another lesson learned as it is in life.
Regarding communication, there is a great lack of it and for whatever reason they do not want to return calls or emails. It’s rude and unprofessional. This has

I am a college student and was looking for a place to live while in school. My experience with Concord was nothing but extraordinary, it was frustrating to find that a lot of people do not rent to college students but Concord was welcoming and make the experience easy.
