Millie has been a lifesaver for our property! We do not live in the area, and with her as our property manager, we know things will be taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I have been using Pay Your rent since early 2021 and I can honestly say I am very impressed. I had some problem tenants but Millie and her team have always been available to assist and kept me out of the issues...they just handled it. I've been working with Millie and her team since I got into purchasing rental properties 2 years ago. Pay your rent is an amazing management company. I now have 4 properties under their management and they handle them amazingly. My tenants are happy and I couldnt be happier. I am a tenant of Miss Millie I have been renting from her for a while and she is one of the best landlords that I have ever had. Always nice and respectful to me and my kids. When I was in the hospital she called and checked up on me to see how I was doing. I never had a rental office do that before. She is real and don't mix words which is one of the reasons I love and respect her for.

Millie with Pay Your Rent Property Management has managed my properties for quite some time now. My tenants love her, any repairs that are necessary are done with expediency. The staff are friendly and courteous. Myself and my tenants have never had anything other than a positive experience with Millie- she is light hearted, funny and has an approach with the tenants that works and makes them feel like family rather than just a rent check each month. I wish I would have crossed paths with Millie and her company earlier in my investing career in MD! She could have helped me through a very dire situation we found ourselves in due to poor prop mgmt co prior to us seeing the light. Millie is a superb property manager, extremely knowledgeable, high-spirited, faithful and will always go up to bat for you! She has very little tolerance for shenanigans and trust me she'll be the first person to tell you!!!
